Small place on York, which has one or two parking spots in its tiny lot or spots on the street. Got a closing document notarized, $15 per signature, we were in and our swiftly. Did need to ask for a witness's printed name once so not 100% but definitely fast and polite service, glad this is in the neighborhood!
