I've been using this establishment weekly since July for my work clothes, suit jackets and pants, and long sleeve dress shirts, and ties when I'm a slob. A colleague who also uses them recommended them to me. Despite a tie stain which I failed to point out, which was re-cleaned at no charge, I have been extremely happy with their service. Their staff have always been friendly and efficient,and I feel safe knowing I'll never run out of hangers. You can imagine my surprise when another co-worker pointed out their low overall Yelp rating. Yes, there's a queue of customers after 12 Noon or so, but that tells me two things. 1. They are popular. 2. I should get there early if I don't want to wait more than 5 minutes. All in all, very happy with their service. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! My husband dropped off some clothes to the cleaners and picked it up and bought it home. To my surprise, the tape that I left on the sleeve of my was still there. I placed the tape there just to verify to see if they actually do clean the clothes. Stains were still on our clothes. It looks like they just straightened the clothes with a steamer, put it on their "reusable hangers" slapped a .30 cent bag over it and gave it right back. I dropped off an item to get dry cleaned, and the manager called me saying letters were falling off, when really they were just a bit faded. Instead of just talking it out, he had an attitude and even hung up on me. I told them to go ahead and clean it anyway, got a text saying it was ready, and showed up only to find out they hadn't done anything. The guy at the counter said the owner just didn't want to do it. I brought the skirt back right away and the woman who did the alterations was clearly very annoyed by this, and instead of apologizing for forgetting to bring in the waist at all, she demanded I pay ANOTHER 20 DOLLARS for the waist to be finally brought in and the zipper done properly. I refused to pay nearly double to have the same exact service done that I already paid for. They agreed to fix the skirt, but the waist is still completely loose and I am not sure if she brought it in at all. Exceptionally rude and it shouldn't take multiple attempts just to bring in a waistband by a few inches. read more

We have been taking our clothes here since they opened. We recently took a few jackets and pants to be cleaned. When returned, we had someone else's pants. Went back - they said they will look at cameras- and they insisted that it was my pants. The pants we brought were brand new - 150.00. They do not fit my son and its nothing we would purchase. I went back to see the cameras as they told me, they said I have to come during the day when I work. I requested manager call me back - they said she would call me in the AM at 730. No call from manager. I called back to request manager- put me on hold for 2 minutes, came back- manager not in....call back at 2:00. I see from other reviews this is a pattern at this dry cleaners. They keep the items and give you something that is garbage. Sad part is they don't realize they just lost a loyal customer. Don't take your clothes to this place. I have been coming here for years and have never had a problem with my dry cleaning. Very reasonable pricing and even when I find one closer to my home I end up coming back here because their prices stay the same. Clothes are always ready on time. Staff is always friendly. This is the absolute worst dry cleaner I've ever been to. Please save yourself the trouble by not taking your business here. I was a loyal customer for 9 months bringing clothes, designer bags, and coats here on a weekly basis and never had issues until they introduced the "Premium Service" option. They started prioritizing the people who were willing to spend $5 per item for next day service and a special plastic hangar. I was still such a loyal customer that I began paying the 2x price for this "Premium Service" and everything was going well until I believe they hired new staff. The new employee took my garments and told me that I could expect them the following day at the end of business hours. I came into the store the day after she quoted me only to be told my clothes weren't ready and that I came early. When I explained what their employee had told me the manager and employee began to gossip amongst themselves about me in Spanish thinking I didn't understand the language which is just disgusting as a human being to gossip infront of a customer. I then had my wife come in and translate to explain to them that I needed my clothes back and I would be taking my business elsewhere so they all started scrambling to "dry clean" the garments while I was standing right there watching the people in the back without them realizing they actually denied it and said they were in the back and finished already, they must have thought I was slow. After that one of the ladies went to the back where I could see and then told her to move out of my view. Ive never had a business owner try and take me for such a fool. I then tried to ask what I was paying for premium for and that I had been a loyal customer spending 100s of dollars a month and the disrespectful, rude, and lazy owner had the audacity to pull up my customer history and say that I was lying to her and that I had not been there before until she scrolled down and say regularly made transactions from October 2020 - Now and looked like a moron. All in all upper management staff doesn't care, they speak about you and gossip in Spanish while you're standing there, they have no sense of customer service and proper business and they DO NOT APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS. I wear a size 16 1/2 32/33 I come back with one shirt that's 16 1/2 34/35. I go back tell the manager I have somebody else's shirt she tells me this is my shirt.I said to her why would I buy a shirt that doesn't fit me? She insisted that this was my shirt. I offered to buy another shirt and give her the receipt with my proper size. She refused and insisted that this was my shirt. I left and never going back. Been coming to this place for some time now. They did a decent job in the previous times. The clothes once picked up have a funny smell to them like a musty smell, which I attributed to the dry cleaning chemicals. I dropped off about 25 pieces off to them. WORST DRY CLEANERS EVER! They lost my button down shirt I received, as a gift for Christmas, and replaced it with a woman's bright blue top! I'm a guy, I don't wear woman's clothes! I told the lady at the register, "This isn't mine!" She said to call the owner the following day. Behold...!....they don't pick up the phone. Nothing. So I gave them another chance, because I'm a nice guy. A day or two ago they had a fire, and closed that evening I wanted to pick up my clothes; fine with me....now when I went to pick up my 10 items, there was a sign saying they wont reopen till the 27th of May...WTF! Now I have no work clothes. Great job! Never again! I want a refund. read more

Went in to pick up my husbands suit jackets. For the price everything is worth it. Only had dry clean items so I can't speak to the tailoring or cleaning of other items. Staff moved the line quickly which is great because this place does get crowded at peak times like lunchtime and after work! Will be back! read more

I brought a 100 dollar sweater to be dry cleaned here and when I got it back I discovered that they had put a hole in the front center section of the sweater. How they hell does a dry cleaner put a hole in the sweater? Every time I went in there I would hear stories of how people's items are constantly being lost. Worst place in the world. They should investigate and shut down this place the way they treat customers. Go anywhere but here! UPDATE - I was able to reach a settlement with the owner of the business and they agreed to compensate me for the value of the damaged sweater. They came through and did the right thing. read more

Unbelievably poor service! First of all, they do not have enough staff to run the shop so you wait in line forever. I waited 10 min to drop off a few things. when i got to the counter, i asked the person if there was anybody else to help her - she said no & that i should call the manager to complain. she gave me his Philadelphia area code cell number & i called him. Second, they had a fire about a month ago (ok, unavoidable). After they reopened, I brought in a few of my husband's shirts and one of my summer blouses. When I went back to pick them up a week later, they couldn't find my blouse. they told me to come back in 2 days. went back 4 days later, still no blouse - this time they said the power went out & everything got messed up. they actually told me to go to the back of the shop to look for my shirt among the "untagged" items! Of course it wasn't there. The person said she would look for it & to give her 2 days. that was 4 days ago - went back today. it seems my blouse is listed in their computer system, but since it didn't tell her the color, she didn't know where to look for it! again, she told me to look thru the computerized racks so maybe i would find it. after watching the spinning racks go around twice, i left. If it wasn't a really good blouse, I would just chalk it up as a loss. Tried calling the manager again today - the message said "this user is not acceptable calls." Of course not! Worst Dry Cleaners ever and staff do not know what customer service is. They lost my pair of pants and they told me as per policy I have to wait a month before they decide if they are giving me any credit for it, however there is no policy written on the receipt that says that. Staff said everything depends on the owner to take decision and they never gave me the owner's number to talk. Finally I was tired and had to call cops and finally able to talk to the owner but still waiting to get my credit back from the store for my lost pairs of paint. Very disappointed!!! All in all, the individuals that work there are not helpful and time after time lose material. In the past, I lost a shirt- but did not notice til later in the month and when I brought it up they stated they do not have it and it was my problem. This did not bode well with me and I asked they take better care of the clothes since it matters to the customers. Truth is- they have THE WORST customer service, and service and do not keep promises--- they state they will be ready with your clothes by 6pm the next day but several times they clothes are not ready for another few days. Definitely not acceptable.. For whomever that is reading this post- understand from a customer that this is not somewhere you want to go. Brought two sweaters did not want to bring anything too nice to be dry cleaned since it is a 1.99 dry cleaning per item tax is free so sometimes you get what you pay for. My one sweater after trying on it did shrink a little. I know this for a fact since I bought it new from the store and it was loose on me. The other sweater came out fine. The receipt says they are not responsible for color loss or shrinking. Not sure if the same sweater would have shrunk at other dry cleaners. Their dry cleaning isn't bad but I dropped off two garments to have the zippers changed. I was told to come back on Wed, it wasn't ready, come back on Thurs, it wasn't ready, come back on Fri, it wasn't ready, come back on Sat, it wasn't ready. I told them I needed to speak to a manager, they weren't there but they did call me back. They told me my garments were done and sitting in the back. I picked up my garments and they never changed the zipper in the pants because the piece that was broken before is STILL broken now. We have used these cleaners several times and they have always done a decent job. Many other cleaners may do a more careful job but the charge $6 to clean a pair of pants and that is a lot more than $1.99. We have found this place does a perfectly acceptable job and the price is great. read more
