While I did have to wait a few minutes despite my having scheduled an appt, the staff were all very cheery and helpful. I did have one tech that was obviously being taught things but did not do anything more than sanitize the area to be treated. People do need the chance to learn by experience and I did not feel my care was jeopardized at all. I came in for an issue that I had been to a specialist for and that treatment did not last very long. The Dr was honest about his lack of expertise with my request but was agreeable to the treatment I was requesting. It has only been about a week but it was the treatment I had wished I had gotten from the specialist and it seems to have cured my pain to the point that I can maintain myself painfree. Follow up notes arrived in a timely manner via email.

I spoke to an employee at a neighboring business and, he told me the Smart Drug Testing office at 240 Commercial Street in Boston closed permanently last week. So, Smart Drug Testing made an appointment for me at a location that is now permanently closed. I checked their website this morning and, they still have this site listed as being "open for business". Now, I have to scramble and find another location by the end of business today thanks to this incompetent company. Don't give Smart Drug Testing your business!!! They are open Mondays through Saturdays with appointments as early as 7am. No one loves going for an annual mammogram but it's a must. Best to go to a facility where you feel well cared for with top-notch staff from technicians to radiologists. I appreciate the excellent care I have received here for many years.
