In an out in an hour as a walk in at 8 am on a Monday. everyone I interacted with was a gem.

The two lady's at the front desks names were both compassionate efficient and friendly when filing my paperwork. I didn't catch their names but they were both very kind and clear with the forms they gave! I arrived 10 minutes before and they had me in and out super efficiently. I've been here dozens of times and YOU WILL BE WAITING 30 MINS TO AN HOUR TO BE SEEN -- EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT!!! Staff are friendly and good at their jobs but wait time is hellishly long. Please, for the love of God, bring entertainment for the waiting room and do not schedule anything soon after your appointment. read more

I walked in at 8am on a Wednesday with no appointment and checked in, got my blood drawn, and was out in under 30 minutes. The phlebotomist was incredibly nice and gentle. The girl at check in was also very kind and warm. By far one of the easiest and most efficient blood draws/ health settings I've been to. read more

so slow. The lobby is way too packed. They need a way where you can see your spot in line. Disappointed in the experience

After a couple of visits to another location (Miami Blvd) that was always packed, I drove out to this location to see what the wait would be. Upon entering, it was a totally different experience. When you walk in the door you're greeted with someone behind the glass, fill out the sign-in sheet, hand them your ID, then sit and wait. There were 3 people ahead of me when I got there, but I was called back in under 20 minutes. I wish I had come to this location first as it was more inviting, and it was a pretty quick visit. read more

First impression is lazy front desk staff with an attitude, so unnecessary people are coming in for medical care and results . If the staff explained the process and actually were clear then I wouldn't be left to ask the questions and they would then hopefully keep their attitudes contained. Miserable people labcorp is obviously a low end corp and probably doesn't value their staff so patients get the benefit of them being unhappy read more

I came in for an employment drug test. It was a good service. I made an appointment and was checked in right away for it. My only issue was that the ladies there weren't very good at communicating what I needed to do and I went into the room before I was called. Their reaction was slightly rude and uncomfortable but I was just confused. Other than that, everything else was simple. Got my test done quickly and left. read more

I've been to this location a couple of times, convenient to where I have some medical appointments. It can get pretty busy in there, but the phlebotomists are very nice, and get the job done! read more

Employer drug screens, as of 6/2/22, are only done between 9:30-11:30am and 1:30-3:30pm. Why don't they make this clear ahead of time by posting this information on the website? It wastes customers' time, when we're trying to schedule a visit around other commitments. read more

This place is new and clean. I made an appointment and didn't have to wait at all. I hate needles, but I was pleased when I did not feel the needle stick. I was out of there in no time. I'll be back. read more

Lab Corp has kind of shot themselves in the foot. They have this crazy website that isn't easy to navigate (it seriously took me separate visits to the website to figure out where on the site I needed to go and fill out). Anyway, I finally made an appointment. I arrived and checked in on my phone and sat outside to wait. I was called in. After a short wait I was called back to a room. I waited for a bit and realized there was only one person running the whole show. She was answering the phone, being the receptionist, doing drug tests, drawing blood and I'm guessing cleaning the bathroom, too. She finally got to me and I immediately got her laughing. When I asked her if she was the only one there she said yes because of Covid they'd laid a ton of people off. She has been working there buy herself for a while now. I'm not sure how this woman is doing everything she is doing on her exact same salary she's been making (actually less!) is beyond me. She was extremely nice, respectful and a WONDERFUL phlebotomist. I hate blood being drawn. She got me talking to her and Wham she was done. I couldn't believe how easy it was. The only reason I am giving this place 4 stars is because of this amazing woman. She so needs a raise! read more

I spent - in a pandemic - 25 minutes checking in because the woman behind the front desk lacked the basic medical knowledge to code routine bloodwork. She asked me what values were included in several common panels and didn't know simple terms. When medical staff is asking the patient what medical terms mean, there's a problem. There didn't seem to be anyone she could call for help or back-up, and she clearly hadn't been given the necessary training. The time spent in the small waiting room was a significant potential COVID exposure, which is not a small thing. She was excellent at the blood draw, but I still don't have faith I'll get the tests I need. I would not recommend Labcorp to anyone. read more
