Highly recommend if you are in need of these services! 3732 W Wisconsin Avenue Milwaukee First went to Any Labs location in Wauwatosa around January of 2018 for a requested 10 panel. The woman that collected the sample took two HUGE CHUNKS of hair! I left sobbing! I could blindly feel the huge chunks on the back of my head that she took out and a year and a half later I still get comments on them from hairstylists every single time I go in! I honestly was traumatized by the experience! (Yes, I fully realize the vanity in it and there are much bigger problems to have in life, but I think most anyone would be extremely upset about a careless hack job to their head! You need only consider the time and money so many people spend on their hair, hair products, wigs, hair loss treatments etc You can't place a value on your time, money, body, and results!) About a year later, I needed to have alcohol hair testing done. I still was so traumatized from the first experience that I delayed going in for a long as possible. I finally decided to try their different location instead. I went in and, with tears in my eyes, explained what happened the last time. I showed the woman there(Anna) the chunk that was missing and she was shocked! She admitted that they took MUCH too much hair, actually took a picture of it, and said that they were going to speak to the person that did it and put out a company notice on it. I felt slightly better and felt encouraged that I could try trusting someone else. We completed the service. On May 18th, I received the email results and my stomach dropped and was in knots when it appeared to only show what appeared to be all drugs and no alcohol! I tried to remain calm as I called them hoping that it was a mistake that could be easily fixed or that perhaps I was just reading it wrong. I spoke to Anna again that same day. I am generally a very laidback, people pleasing person who would rather let something just go and inconvenience myself than rock the boat and speak up for myself, but I got even more and more upset as she argued with me over what I asked for! Finally (I feel as an attempt to get rid of me) she said she would speak to the manager/owner. As a long time business owner myself, I fully expected to receive a phone call later that day showing great concern over the mess they made! I gave them over A WEEK to address things! Far more than enough time to try to make amends and be professional! I can only assume they hoped I'd just go away! I only received a barrage of calls/emails when I decided to fight and I filed for a dispute of charges with my bank! Regardless of which specific service you need, I'm certain it is far too important to you to be placing in the hands of careless, bungling, unprofessional individuals! There are other businesses nearby that are FAR better! DO NOT take a chance at either of these places! read more

Very poor customer service, did not follow procedure, common sense or general hygine practices. Received results along with a warning that they might be inaccurate due to their error. Would not refund. Skip "Jiffy-Lab" and go to a real testing lab. read more

I first tried to schedule an appointment for a blood test online. After I requested the appointment, I did not receive any confirmation that it had been scheduled or even accepted. On the day I wanted to go in, I called a few hours before letting them know that I had made a request and was wondering if it was confirmed and if J could still come in. The person who answered the phone knew exactly which appointment and time it was without asking questions, so I know they received the request, they just decided not to confirm or reply. I went in and I was not given any information on the test and was not asked any questions. They had me fill out forms and I wanted to ask questions, obviously before I signed the forms. She looked at me like I was stupid for wanting information. The only reason I give this place one star at all is because the blood draw was quick and I received results the next day by email. I am hesitant to believe the results now though, because of the other reviews I have read. read more

I went to this location to get a pregnancy blood test as I was having some early symptoms but was having negative at home urine tests and I had no insurance at the time. The first lady that I worked with that administered the blood draw was very nice and she told me that I would be receiving my test results within a few days. I received my test result by 11 am the next morning which greatly surprised me. My test result came back negative but I wanted to find out more about what type of blood test it was and to see how accurate it would be since I tested shortly after I had these symptoms. Rather than having friendly feedback from the staff, the lady who claimed to have done the test that morning was anything but friendly. She didn't explain much about the test and instead she told me to my face that it clearly said I was not pregnant and the test is completely accurate and that it was "probably psychological" on my part! When I protested saying that I had symptoms BEFORE I assumed I was pregnant she then said callously, "Maybe it's in your tubes, go see a doctor" I was livid. I ended up getting confirmation later that I was actually pregnant! I don't know if I had them test too early or if the lady didn't do the test correctly either way she did not have to be so rude. Needless to say I won't be returning to this location for any reason!!! read more

I have a Comprehensive male panel done at AnylabTest some months ago. The nurse did the venipuncture at the same level as the Aurora Health Care Facility, where I did the similar test before. Got the result in 48 hours. The results were similar with the previous test I have from another Clinic. The difference: the Clinic charged me $294 for a similar test (without the urine test), Plus a $293 for a (Phantom) Preventive Visit that never happen. So I got same results from Anylabtest for $220 compared with $587 from the clinic, no matter that I have Medicare and B.C.B Shield supplement Medicare Insurance. Now I'm sendin my wife for a female Pannel for a preventive test. We send the test in Australia where my close relative works as a Physician and our health is very good. All vital signs are normal and we do need to take any medicine, but we take a lot of Garlic, Bitter Apricot Kernel, Ginger, Papya, Flax Seeds and much ... much more.
