I glad they were ope and made appointment online on way to the clinic. The place was clean, organized and front desk helped explain everything up front including exactly how much everything cost and short quick strait to the point patient form. I got back to the room quickly waiting less than 20th an and the entire visit took less than an hour to get everything done. Although it was little set back to have to lay out of pocket, I know it would be much cheaper than going through insurance or having the headache of getting a bill later. The staff was nice and helpful. The staff were knowledgeable and gave plan of care that made sense and reasonable explaining of why they are using these treatments. Okay I called to make an appointment based on good reviews for the practice. This doctor came to…read morejudgmental conclusions, did not listen to what I needed, and now I'm in urgent care with breathing treatment because she wouldn't take my need for allergy treatment and asthma inhaler seriously. She made the comment that "I had a lot of issues" for someone so young. I have year round allergies and diarrhea when I eat certain foods. Is that really a lot of issues? She gave me a bunch of referrals, no refills on medicines I've been on for a decade and now without, and when they took 2 vials of blood for a genetic testing I approved she decided it was too expensive and apparently told the nurse not to put the test through. I had the nurse call the lab to confirm how much the test would cost and approved it on the spot. But the doctor is too busy talking over you and coming to conclusions about what you look like to give you the treatment you need. Waste of time. Go somewhere else. She practices at 619 Rankin Street btw. It makes you wonder why her address isn't updated on here. The practice had good reviews and now that I look back it's for Dr. Anette Bernard who also practices there.
