This was by far the worst blood draw experience of my life. If you have any say in who treats you, do NOT see Tara. I called ahead of time to explain that I pass out after blood draws. Somehow, when I arrived, she suddenly "had no idea" what I was talking about. That alone tells you how seriously she takes patient communication (she doesn't). She was careless, dismissive, and clearly more interested in rushing through the appointment than doing her job properly or ensuring patient safety. After the draw, I told her I felt lightheaded. Her response? A cold pack and an alcohol wipe--then she walked away to check on people in the lobby. That is when I passed out and the EMTs arrived. Later, she called me laughing to say she messed up my bloodwork and I'd need to come back and do it all over again. Laughing. About messing up a medical procedure. This is not a fast-food order--this is someone's body. The incompetence and lack of professionalism were honestly alarming. I was treated like a task, not a human being. Negligent, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. If this is the standard of care here, I would strongly recommend going literally anywhere else. read more

I have utilized this laboratory several times over the past few years. I've been happy overall with this lab, as I can bring test kits here to be sent out that LabCorp won't do, and they charge a reasonable fee to do so. However, I was here two weeks ago for my daughter to have blood drawn for two kits. As I approached the building I was surprised to see a sign on the door stating that masks are "optional"... in a healthcare setting? I'm 100% positive the CDC still requires universal masking in a medical/ healthcare setting. Anyway my daughter was fasting and I had frozen urine that needed to be shipped, so we decided to be quick and get it done anyway. The sign states "staff will wear a mask upon request"... so we requested they mask up. One woman did, no problem; the other one refused and told me she was "social distancing" so it was ok. I said I would still prefer she wear a mask, and she continued to argue with me. Finally, her boss told her to put on a mask from the back room. So she did, but- she soon removed it and moved freely around the lab with no mask. It's not surprising to me anymore in Arizona that people in general won't mask, and this is reflected in our stats for COVID numbers and hospitalizations. But you would think at a health care facility, at the very least, people would care about their compromised customers and do the right thing. Not here, apparently. It's especially shocking that they also do COVID testing at this facility. Maskless COVID testing? Then they shift into the lab and perform services for uninfected, possibly immune compromised customers needing medical care, without a mask? Totally unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. We will never be back here again and I am sharing my experience with all local friends and family who use this lab. Shameful. read more

We came here for our NIPT testing, we checked in and got seen right away as a walk in, I told my phlebotomist that I am extremely a hard stick, she listened and got her manager right away and they both worked on me. I went to this facility excited about my new job . The girl working that day has been there for six years and was talking to me about her DUI and the fact that she had to Uber it to and from work. After I gave her my sample she put it up to her nose and told me that she did not like the smell of it and that she would not accept it. I said are you kidding me and attempted to give her another sample however only a few drops came out. This obviously was not enough liquid to reach the temperature strip and therefore did not register a temperature.I am a medical assistant and familiar with these tests and how to administer them. Who smells someone else urine? That is disgusting! She was unprofessional on many levels and not only should be fired but should have her certification revoked. Use this facility at your own risk of headache and nonsense. read more

There was a question of a paperwork technicality with my test, and the owner spent hours in traffic to drive to get the original specimen and fix the snag so that there would be no headaches for me. I was blown away that she took the time to go so far out of her way to help a complete stranger. There is no doubt in my mind most other places that do this work would've just let the problem unfold and leave me to explain to my employer why I didn't get a drug/alcohol test done in time. You can trust these people to do the job the right way, and also to do the right thing to make sure things get taken care of as soon as possible. read more

First class service all the way here! I came in without an appointment. The blonde lady at the front desk was happy to see me, greeted me, spoke to me about the tests they had to offer. I had a lot of questions, she was able to work out a deal where I pick 3 tests for $99! It was a super quick wait, under 5 minutes. Results were emailed to me the next day. One result took several days to come back. One of the staff members actually called me to tell me that this one test takes more than two days to get the results. She even called the lab for me to give me a much better estimate on the day I would be receiving it back. I couldn't believe the service I was provided with here; above and beyond what I have experienced at other blood draw facilities! I would say for me it is worth the 25 minute drive from my house to come here. read more

From start to finish the service was above average. Sometimes blood test and having blood taken can make people nervous and the gal who helped me was amazing, very empathetic and definitely went above and beyond her job duties. I couldn't even feel it when she pricked my arm for blood. If and when I need more lab work I will come here without hesitation. Wow I went in yesterday frantic and scared to death because this docotr told me I had an autoimmune disease.. the girls in there were so sweet and comforting!! My Phlebotomist was gentle and so sweet and caring as I was in tears! I got my results instantly the next day!!!! And it was negative but the staff in there was so sweet even nicer than my doctors office.. and it didn't hurt when they pricked me... I will always go here for any kind of testing! read more

The hours are advertised as 8 AM to 6 PM. I arrived about 5:15 PM, well before their closing time, and was refused service for a drug test for my new employer. The receptionist was quite rude to me and advised that they stopped doing drug tests at 4 PM. I responded that the hours of operation show they are open until 6 PM. She advised that this was indeed the case, however, she further retorted that there is a sign taped in the window of the front door stating that they do not take drug tests after 4 PM. My apologies that I did not have the psychic vision of the sign taped to the door when I drove 20 minutes out of my way to come here for a drug test because you were open until 6PM. It was terrible of me to presume that if you are open until 6PM that you would actually be working. I mean the business is called "Any Lab Test Now". Turns out, it IS just a clever name! Might I suggest that you change your name to something more accurate, such as "Any Lab Test As Long As It Is Before 4PM"? Also, your receptionist could tone down the attitude. I will certainly be going out of my way to have the test done elsewhere and will encourage my employer to advise new employees to use Any Lab But Yours. read more

This place is a joke. Closed from noon to 1:00pm so I went there at 1:30pm on a Friday. There was a note on the door that read, "went to the bank- be right back. There was an elderly lady waiting outside in the cold for 15 minutes and they finally left. Quest courier came to pick up the lab samples and waited and even came back a second time! Two more customers also came by and waited and left. I went to get something to drink and made some calls and 45 minutes later there still was no one there and the door remained locked! I even called their Chandler location. The lady was trying to help but could not reach the Owner. This is no way to run a business folks! Went to another Lab nearby and was in and out in 5 minutes. read more

Let me just say Angie and Tiffany are the real MVP's. I have to get blood testing done for work, and I had received a postive test result. I had to go to a third party (ALTN Scottsdale) to get the specific panels drawn. Turns out it was a false positive, and everything was A-okay. However, in that week between getting the false positive and then the confirmed negative results I must have called Angie and Tiffany like 5 times. They listened to me being all frantic and worried, they NEVER once got annoyed, or told me to stop calling. I even called back after each test (the results were pretty clear) to just double check I was looking at it right. I'm just saying if I was in their shoes I dunno if I'd have been so patient. I will no longer be going to ALTN-Mesa, I only want these two handling my blood work. Thanks again ladies!! read more

I could have gone to three other locations that would have been so much closer, but I knew this was the place as soon as Tiffany responded to my email. It was literally within minutes saying "I am working on your quote and will get back to you shortly, but in the meantime go ahead and eat as none of your tests require fasting"! My doctor advised me they were, but she put me on the right track instantly. Truly was so thoughtful. She tweaked the quote and put her best foot forward until the very end! I have been on blood thinners for 18 years, my veins always collapse and I have had countless blood tests....Let me tell you, she wins hands down. No pain, no bump and I hardly felt a thing. AMAZING!!!! Do yourself a favor and look no further. Tiffany truly made this an outstanding experience and I know she will give you the same care.
