Easy and quick service. They take walk-ins all day even when closing at 5pm, went in at 4:50.

Although Sonora Quest overall is good, their billing system is incompetent. I had lab work in 2023, they sent a bill in 2025 to an address I had in 2022. When the bill was returned, instead of calling or emailing, they sent directly to collections that cost me more money. Make sure you confirm any changes when you get service, because they are to dumb to ask. Even when you tell them you have an address change or when the provider tells them your address they are still to stupid to get it right. read more

This company should not be allowed to be in business. A few years back I had to go to Sonora Quest Labs every few months for blood tests. My insurance at the time covered each visit but I had a $10 co-pay. Whenever we got a bill, my wife would always send them a check the same day. Then one day we started getting calls from a collection agency, apparently one $10 payment got lost or they lost it. AGAIN, the amount owed was $10!!! No second bills, nothing, just collection agent. I went through all my bills and we had proof they were all sent but they were $10 short. I spend HOURS and HOURS tracking all the information down and FINALLY they removed the payment. Sonora quest Labs is a dingy, drab Office. It took about 15 minute's To have my blood draw. That's actually a very reasonable wait time. The lab tech was very impatient and condescending to me because I'm a bit older. The tech did a successful, almost painless blood draw on the first attempt. I was very grateful for that and I would probably go back again if necessary. read more

Do not schedule labs here. I came here a few months ago and they botched my labs. Had to get redone and never was reimbursed. Today I go to an appointment and they said they had to close for a bug infestation. Place is a joke. read more

I booked an appointment online for my son. For whatever reason, my profile wouldn't let me book it for him. I updated my profile to his name and made the appointment. My doctors office had indicated weeks prior they'd put the lab order in. Upon arrival, they indicated the order wasn't in. Admittedly the front desk lady who was assisting may have had a little bit of an attitude. I explained the whole profile booking, I asked if maybe it was because of that or other possible factors. I told her ok, I'll call them and have them send it over or ask them whether it was ordered. Dr office indicated that the order was indeed in. I personally do believe there was a lack of communication that could have helped to locate the original order. Nonetheless, they faxed it over. I was perturbed. However, the phlebotomist came up at some point and basically ruled customer service. She was fabulous and shifted my whole experience. She communicated regarding a little bit of delay, assured me they'd get me back. She was great. My son had never had his blood drawn before. I mean, maybe for a surgery late last year but other than that never. He was nervous, he didn't respond well. Phlebotomist handled it like a pro, truly. I felt we were expected to get up and go, he got his blood drawn and now we have to move out so the next person can move in. She picked up on how hard he was hit by it. She saw he wasn't all there. She suggested he lay his head down in a specific manner to prevent from passing out. She was so good. I wish I could recall her name and give Kudos because incredible professionalism, training, knowledge, compassion, quality. I mean all of the things one would hope for in a medical experience. She wasn't bitter that it was like the day before a holiday. She was making jokes and finding resonance with us. She joked about him not likely being quick to jump in line for voluntary blood donation! He laughed and responded with "heck no". She suggested in the future laying down and informing he doesn't respond to fasting draws. If or when I need blood work done, I'll go back her just because of my experience with that Phlebotomist. The issues I had were not with the Service Center, they were efficient and friendly, but with their online front end. Initially it said that in AZ, I could not order a CBC. A couple of attempts later, I was able to order my test, and created an appointment, but when I went to verify it, it claimed that I did not have an appointment, so I decided to do a "walk-in". When I went to look for the results the next day, they did not appear to be there, but my daughter told me not to rely on YOUR WEBSITE, but rather navigate through their site, bypass the " myquest" results and continue to a third party site, where apparently the results had been posted less than eight hours after my draw... Yet, now 60 hours after my draw, my results still do not appear in my account on their website. Their online presence needs a lot of attention! read more

The front office staff were very rude. Te'Nisha was very unwelcoming and down right rude. Older patients and a visually impaired patient came in trying to register at one of the kiosks (which was not working) and Te'Nisha would not assist them. Horrible customer service! I don't understand all the negative reviews, I probably only waited less than 20 minutes, people are in and out really quick, but yes, they're constantly packed, but they don't lag here. I don't know why people say there's poor customer service, I wonder if people expect the nurses and staff to stop what they're doing and have a hhr convo with them.. The front desk was professional, I don't care if they make me feel warm inside or not, they did their job and they were efficient. The nurse called me back and drew my blood and bandaged me up in like 5 minutes. He was efficient as well. I went early in the morning at 8:45 and around 9a I was called back. Like any office, expect some wait time, every patient is different, and some patients require more time than others. I was pleasantly surprised with how fast it all went, and how easy it was to check in. Felt inclined to leave a positive review after my experience because the rest of the reviews make this place sound like the 5th circle of hell. read more

I am going back for round 2 of blood work. Ricardo was my "hero." I am an incredibly hard "stick" and the first specialist looked and passed (that is a good thing). It was fairly unprofessional. I don't believe appointments were accommodated at all. The website or portal is the worst. You have to open and close each individual blood test. GET A NEW IT GUY!!!!! Or take 50 samples from the CEO and make HIM do that! As if the process wasn't already a pain! read more

This is literally the only Sonora Quest location I've been to where they actually take patients at their appointment time and better yet, the waiting room is never crowded. It's run so much more efficiently than the other labs. And the phlebotomists are adept at their jobs so there's no pain and you're in an out quickly. What I also like is that they ask the patient to verify their information and again once the label is on the vials. When I have a choice, I will always choose this lab. read more

Such an incredible experience at this lab. Every one of the ladies here is amazing. I had a doctor mix up some blood work and had to come in for a stat draw. I am terrified of getting my blood drawn but they were comforting supportive and fast through the whole process. They went above and beyond to try to figure out what happened with my original blood and make sure this one is done right. Big thanks to everyone at this Sonoran location. read more

They closed way earlier than they were supposed to and I had a time sensitive sample that as a result now can't be used. They also turn off their phone half an hour before closing time so you can't even reach the front desk. Any other place closing early wouldn't be as serious but there's literally no excuse for a lab to close early because of things like this where people have time sensitive samples. If they bill your insurance incorrectly it's impossible to get them to correct it and in the end they refer you to a collection agency. I'm a regular client for lipid panels about every 6 months. June 2021 they incorrectly billed the wrong insurance company even though my insurance info has not changed since 2008. I contacted them several times over the past year even opening up a dispute case #621178 to hopefully get them to bill my insurance correctly. I have BlueCrossBlueShield Arizona, they billed BlueCrossBlueShield Nevada. Since then I've been contacted by a collection agency which is not a pleasant experience to say the least. When I call Sonora Quest/Quest Laboratories I'm given an automated response that my case was referred to a collection agency and they could not speak to me. Under pressure I've paid the claim so as not to impact threats to my credit rating. Have requested my doctor refer me to a different company for my future visits. Update: Is anybody else having this billing issue with Sonora Quest? Being sent to collections? Just read reviews on their Better Business Bureau page and looks like this is a trend. read more

the kiosk check in was seamless, and the front desk ladies were brief, but nice. The longest part was waiting, once i was in the chair to get my blood drawn, it was an easy three minutes. The tech was friendly and chatted me up the whole time and before i knew it, i was on my way. read more

I was there on the same day as one of the other posters and I experienced the same thing. When I arrived at my appt. time, there was no one in the waiting room. The woman at the desk could have been more welcoming and should realize that it is hard to hear between the masks, safety panel, and her looking down at the computer. That being said, staff should also be more aware of what can be heard in the waiting room. Laughing and carrying on is fine in the workplace, but there is a time and a place for it. The blood draw itself was fine. One suggestion I would make is to open at 7am - if not everyday - at least a couple days. Its virtually impossible to get an early morning appt for those that need to fast. read more

Terrible business! Walked in with no one in waiting room, on time for scheduled appt. Been sitting here 30 minutes. I can hear employees in the back laughing and partying, not working. The waiting room is now packed, no one going back, definitely not in the order of arrival. Attitude from front when I asked, 25 minutes after appt time, when it would be my turn. I am not impressed with this location. I have been here since 7:30am doors open at 8am and it is now 8:30am and none of us here have been seen yet. Only one person here had an appointment; everyone else is a walk-in. I don't understand why it is taking so long to see and treat patients. Very disappointing. read more
