She was extremely polite about it, but I ended up waiting over an hour despite having only 2 people in front of me. When I left the line was up to 6 people. If there was just another person working there, everything would go a lot smoother, but she can't do it all herself. It's just too much work for one person.

I checked in and submitted all my personal information just to find out they wouldn't take my sample and I needed to go to another location.. NEVER AGAIN.
