Once the work had begun, Brian and his team did some great work. Reasonably priced. The final product was amazing. Had some problem getting the work done in a timely fashion, communication was difficult at times when I assumed he would be coming on beautiful days and no show. Found out there were set backs on acquisition of pieces. Gates went up, but not latches and had to use barrells to keep them shut until he could install the latches. I have 2 dogs and I didn't want them getting out. After work was complete, piles of dirt and rock were left and a new more secure latch needed to be installed on the back gate. He and a buddy of his installed the new latch and shoveled up the dirt/rock piles. Problem is they spread it all along the back behind the fence instead of removing it from the property. Have a little bit of work cut out for me to clean straighten it up, but need somework back there anyway. Overal, workmanship and product is great, cost was in our budget, some things to work on, like better communication and more transparency. I wish the rocks and dirt were gone from the property since they were once buried underground. Would recommend him, but needs to work on communication which is why he gets 4-4.5 read more

Giant shout-out to AnyFence Company! If you are in the market for a new fence, we highly recommend them! Starting with the office staff, who is amazingly organized and on top of it all, right on up to the "Big Cheese", Brian! Our very old fence was in desperate need of replacement. We received our estimate within about a week, and for the next few weeks they happily helped us with our hundreds of questions and gave us suggestions as well as options to choose from, based on our requests. Once the installation finally happened I can tell you that they take their name and reputation very seriously! They exceeded any of our preconceived expectations ten-fold, without a doubt. UPDATE: I have changed my rating of Any Fence. Brian and his crew finished my fence installation and I couldn't be happier with the results. Brian sent me an e-mail taking ownership of my experience and apologized. This went a long way with me. The quality of his work is top notch. I think this young company was experiencing some growing pains that Brian fully acknowledged and is working to correct so that future customers will not experience the delays I did. Based on Brian's handling of the situation, I would recommend this company and even hire them again should the need arise. I contacted Any Fence in early Spring to fence in my backyard for my dog. Brian was very responsive and came out to take a look and give me an estimate. He sent me an estimate the next day. I ended up having to have a land survey done so I wouldn't have any future issues with neighbors and that took some time to complete. Brian was great through this process. I sent him the payment for materials in May, and that is when my positive experience with this company ended. I didn't hear from Brian on when my installation would occur for six weeks. None of my calls or e-mails were returned. I finally got an e-mail from Brian late June with an install date of June 28 and the next day received a call from Jody in the office confirming the June 28 date. On that Friday, two days later I received an e-mail from Brian apologizing for delay but because of all the rain we had, all installs were pushed out. Fine. My new install date was July 12 through July 14. On July 12, nobody showed up to begin installation. I called the office mid-morning and was told by Jody that yes, she was trying to track Brian down and would call me back. She did call me back the next day to let me know they were on their way to my house and would begin installation that day. Over the course of a week, they managed to install the back portion of my fence. We did have some heavy rain over that time period so I was okay with the delay. However, after them installing the back portion of the fence nobody had returned to my house to finish the side and front portion and it has been 10 days.In fairness, I did make a last minute change which Brian gladly accommodated but all calls, voicemails, and texts have gone unreturned. At this point I am beginning legal proceedings. They left a job half finished, left their tools and unused fencing all over my backyard and can't be bothered to return a phone call or e-mail. This company took a large deposit in the spring and after many excuses started the project 3 1/2 mo's later. After the perimeter was complete it was brought to their attention that they put the fence in the wrong location, despite the yard being properly surveyed and staked. They came back to move the fence in haste and it looks like crap. The quality of materials and workmanship is poor. The project is not complete, phone calls have gone unanswered, emails have gone non returned, and I couldn't be more disgusted with this company. The only thing this company has is excuses. I had read the reviews for AnyFence, and although the newer ones were not as good, I was willing to give them a try. They were great on the phone, and scheduled an appointment for Brian to come out and give an estimate. My two hour window came an went, and he was a no show ,and I never heard from him or the company since. So I called and left a message asking them to call me. Never heard from them after that either. Well, I wish I could review this company's actual work, but since Brian never showed up to all THREE appointments I made with him to get an estimate, I guess that won't be happening. 1st appointment was Monday at 5 and it's a no-call, no-show. He calls Tuesday to say sorry I plowed the night before and came home and slept all day Monday. Okayyyyy....well a phone call would have been nice to say you weren't coming. So we reschedule for Friday at 5pm. 5:45pm rolls around and he's still not here. I call him and he says oh yea sorry, we're behind schedule because of the rain but we'll be there by 6:15. No can do Brian! I have guests coming over at 6! So he says well we can come this weekend. We agree on today (Saturday) at 10 am. Well here I am, sitting on my couch at 11:30, and it's another no-call, no-show. Apparently this guy doesn't own a watch nor a phone. Nor does he have any common courtesy to let someone know that he's breaking an appointment. Terrible business practices. How does a company even stay in business like this? Baffling. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. We had Brian over after the awful winter we had this year to replace our entire pool fence and to add a fence to our yard for our new dog. Sure, his price point was good and he had a solid time line. But boy was that timeline a lie! He told us he would start the pool fence the week before Memorial Day and it would be done the weekend of the holiday, no one showed up until halfway through that week. When his workers did show up, they were an absolute mess. Completely unprofessional, rude, and messy. As they started to jackhammer out the old fence from the old cement they would throw the chunks of cement all over our yard, and not pick it up. At one point the tip of the jackhammer got stuck so far in the ground, the kid couldn't get it out, so he buried it with dirt. It's still in our ground till this day. His workers showed up maybe every other day? They wouldn't show up until 1:00 pm. What kind of work ethic is this?! They would work from 1:00-2:15 then take a break, and not come back! It was unbelievable, but this is why the fence took way longer than promised. During the workers break they would spray themselves with our hose, wasting our well water, and then go sit in their running car in our driveway with their AC on... it wasn't even remotely hot enough to be doing this. One afternoon his worker showed up at 2:00 pm, sat in the shade eating an ice cream cone and then left- without doing any work. The best is when they worked for two hours... the longest time ever!!! And then during their break, played a full basketball game on our court and then went home. Just laughable. The vinyl fence was installed uneven, not straight or inline. I made Brain come back and fix it himself. The black metal fence on the other side was installed with some pieces backwards, but since they were already in cement they could not be fixed. Behind the white vinyl fence is our woods, when we took a walk behind the fence we found piles and piles of cement that they clearly didn't need and they had poured there- again we made Brian come and clean it up. After weeks and weeks of texts with Brian telling us a "date" the fence would be done, that day would come and go and no one would show up to finish. The pool fence was finally finished WEEKS LATER- the white part looks fine but the black looks like shit. Now onto the dog fence. Which was supposed to be done way before Father's Day, slowly went up weeks after they finished with the pool fence. Once it was completed the gate was missing and one solid piece that attaches to the house. Brian showed up at 9:00 PM and installed this by the light of he headlights of his car. Don't worry, the dog fence isn't level either! Not sure why these people don't work normal hours. This fence took way longer than Brian had said, they clearly spread themselves out and take on too many jobs at one time, which isn't what you should do. Thank goodness this is done and we no longer have to deal with Brian or his staff. On top of all this his staff in the office is terrible. The girl is so so so rude and has way to much attitude to be working the phones. They really should hire someone new, but again who would want to work for a company like this. Needless to say, don't waste your time. Find another company like Reliable Fence. Much better work and great people! read more

After doing a lot of research and receiving a lot of quotes, we made the choice to go with AnyFence... their pricing was reasonable, but more importantly they came across as very professional and reputable, and they seemed to have the best quality product. They were very patient with and tolerant of my constant emails and high-maintenance requests up until the actual installation. In the end, we got the absolute most BEAUTIFUL picket fence installed in our front yard. You can tell it was installed by knowledgeable professionals. We got a LOT of comments from family, friends, and neighbors about how amazing it looks. One minor issue we had was that our lawn was torn up a bit from the trucks on the job (I wasn't mad about it, I just wanted to make them aware of it so they were more careful of other people's property in the future)... but the manager was incredibly responsive and apologetic and even went so far as to offer to resod my lawn.
