My massage therapist was coughing a ton and very clearly sick. I wish they had cancelled it rather than spread their germs to me during my appointment. Then they pressured me to give greater than a 20% tip at the end. I saw afterwards that other customers had similar pressure with giving tips so this seems to be a pattern. I had a very disappointing experience with Anna Z at this massage location and will not be returning - They changed my appointment time last minute from 1:30 to 1:00 PM. - When I explained I would be running late, the therapist assured me I could still receive a full hour massage. However, the massage didn't start until around 1:20 PM and was wrapped up before 2:05 PM--definitely not a full hour as promised which is ridiculous - To make matters worse, I only received a back massage and was told that if I wanted my front worked on, I'd need to book a 90-minute session next time - The therapist rushed me out because another customer was waiting for their 2pm appointment, which felt incredibly unprofessional. - I've never encountered a place that charges $80 for a full hour and expects a great tip but delivers only about 40 minutes or less of service read more

Excellent couple's massage. They asked where I had tightness and worked those areas very well and even found spots where I didn't realize I was tight. They asked how much pressure was comfortable for me and worked accordingly. I felt great afterwards. The place was clean and simple. Mandy is fantastic! Her massage skills are superb and she refocus the target area based on my need every time. When I first started going there I had the onset of Dowager's hump and now it's much better. The owner and office staff are very friendly and accommodating. I have been here about 10 times. The massages are okay. My issues historically has been manageable - the website let's you select massage therapist and I always get the same one who I do t select and she isn't as good as the head person. Today I went and it really bothered me. Normally they offer cash discount of 10%. I brought cash and wasn't offered discount. Okay, understand, maybe no longer a promo. I then gave my massage therapist a $15 tip and was told "that wasn't enough!" Ver awkward. Where is a tip mandatory?? How rude. I won't be returning. read more

Had the opportunity to try this local business for a 60 minute massage on a quiet Wednesday afternoon and was very impressed with the ambience, cleanliness, and overall experience at Anyi. The booking process was seamless via the online portal on their website and following an email confirmation I showed up a bit early to the appointment and was immediately welcomed and shown to the room. After asking her to focus on certain areas on the intake form she did exactly that which I very much appreciated for the duration of the Swedish massage. I went for a prenatal massage. Aside from light rubbing, I didnt experience or feel any benefits from the massage. The masseuse was very nice but she left the session 4 times to greet incoming people? Left the door cracked each time while I was undressed on the massage table, so that was pretty strange.
