Today we called Fah Thai to make a reservation for 2 people. First we were told they don't have…read moreavailibility for 2 for 2:30pm, so I said, OK , hung up, no problem. Then they called back from there again to say they have availibility for 2 for the time we asked for (whatever changed in 5 minutes)! So, we accepted and went there, and guess what? One of us has to wait for 10 minutes (which will eventually become 25 mins) because they are busy?!? - and its already our appointment time. Than that 10 minutes became 25 minutes and the lady that came said give me another 5 minutes (because she just entered the SPA and was not ready of course), My friend had already finished half of his massage by that time and I was still waiting. I talked to them - they unwillingly cancelled and paid my money back after some negotiation and still trying to convince me after their screwed up approach. They wasted our time, my friend finished his massage in 30 minutes (instead of 60) and he had to pay 60 USD for a 30 min massage that he no longer enjoyed/wanted because of the stress they caused and he had to rush out because I was waiting for nothing. They do lie to you about their availibility - so please be cautious! I think a business' reputation shuld be more valuable then just 60 bucks! Shame on you guys!

Now deep tissue was an extra $20 for the couple, we said sure, honestly didn't look at the price list but we went with the promo for couples massage. Not sure if that's just the standard Thai massage. The ladies went straight to work and i just say, they are some super strong ladies haha. I was in so much pain from the deep tissue massage that i was sore in my upper back / shoulders and calves for the next 2 days. I guess you can say no pain no gain. Definitely felt better. The calves hurt like hell when she was working out the tightness, i almost kicked her off haha. Overall one of the better deep tissue massages I've had in a long time. They share a space with other businesses and when you arrive, it's up one flight of stairs. Our massage therapists wasted no time & went right into the massage. We did deep tissue & some parts were certainly a little uncomfortable, especially the areas that were tight, but super relieving afterwards. This was a wonderful massage & one of the better deep massages both of us have experienced in a very long time! We usually stick to more local spots to us but I'm glad we found this gem. Will definitely be returning soon. Price: couples massage 1 hr $210 card/ $200 cash. We did cash payment & Venmo'd tip. Parking: free street parking or can park in the back of the building.
