I'm SOO disappointed! I wasn't gonna make a review but after talking to my husband he said for me to do it. So here I am. My 12 yrs old daughter and I came in on July 10 just to look around because we had time before her volleyball camp. We walked in was greeted by 3 ladies. Btw I shop here frequently. Told them we're just looking around cause we had time to spare before camp. A lady came and told us about the sales. 40% off rack. Who doesn't like a sale right? So I grabbed a few things. Went to the shoe section asked them if they had my size they didn't. So walked around and picked up a few more things. Went in to try and my daughter stayed sitting on the couch then walked in the fitting room and told me "mom they're talking about you". I said really! Did u hear anything? She said not really but I know for sure they're talking about u. She could tell. Anyways. I said it's ok. We're just hanging out baby. So walked out I chose 2 clearance items to buy. Paid $66 and they gave me a HUGE PLASTIC trash bag. I said wow can I have that smaller bag hanging on the wall? They said no u cant. I said well can I have that plastic bag on the shelf behind the counter they said no. Because I bought only clearance items so I get this huge trash bag instead of a regular boutique bag. Wow!! This is what they gave me. (Pic at end of comment). I said ok wow then I left and my daughter grabbed the bag from me and she held it because she didn't want me to be embarrassed walking out with that huge plastic trash bag. We left and I was so mad because they judged me for buying clearance items and gave me a Huge plastic trash bag. I don't care how much $$ I spend in their store I expect to get a decent bag. I'm a customer. No matter how much $ I spend. Whether it's clearance or not. They judged me by how much $$ I spent. That's so wrong and a huge mistake on their part. They have just lost a customer and not only me but my friends and family. When I left I called in and spoke with the older lady and told her how I felt. She was very nice and I apologized for raising my voice because I was mad and it wasn't her fault. They were just following orders from their owner. I asked her to tell your boss to call me so she did. I think her name is Caroline I'm not sure. Anyways she called me and I told her how I felt and she said that my purchase wasn't enough $$ for me to get a store handbag. Whether it's small or big. It's not my fault she didn't make any $ from my purchase. I don't care if I bought clearance items or full price. All customers should be treated the same. Instead i get a huge plastic trash bag because i bought clearance items. Well that's a huge mistake there. I gave her a piece of my mine and said I will NEVER GO BACK AND SUPPORT YOU. YOU HAVE LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER. This is ridiculous. They judged their customers on how much $ they spend to give them bags. This is why their store is so damn slow. No customers. While I was still talking she hung up on me. What a B. . I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THEM AGAIN AND WILL BRING MY $ TO SUPPORT OTHER BOUTIQUES. This morning I was excited to go to this boutique to buy several outfits for my upcoming 7-day cruise. I had visited this location a week earlier and had planned a trip back to have more time to browse while my kids were in school. This morning I walked in to the store where the women working there were busy gossiping and whispering amongst each other, which is exactly what appeared to be happening the last time I dropped in. I was greeted and asked if I needed help, I thanked them and said "no thank you just browsing". A moment later, the older woman walked directly up to me and very rudely said to me "I'm assuming you're here to cover up that baby bump". I let her know I was NOT pregnant and her reply was a very narcissistic "oh... my mistake. You look like it" and walked off. I completely froze, I couldn't believe her intentional ugliness towards me and lack of embarrassment or regret on her part. I then said "I can't believe you just said this to me" and she just walked off like it was NO big deal. I went to the dressing room, and was so uncomfortable being in there knowing it was an intentional attack on me. I left the dressing room and waited until the cashier desk was clear, walked up to the other lady who asked me how I was doing and I let her know I was not good. When she asked me why, the old woman who was nasty walked up rolled her eyes and stared at me. I told her I did NOT appreciate her rudeness, how she has NO right to speak to any woman that way, then informed her that under 2 years ago Iost a child to stillbirth and how I did not appreciate the way she made me feel. She lied and said "I already apologized to her", but she NEVER did. I told her not to ever make that same mistake again with another customer. What an unhappy woman. For a woman to SUGGEST another woman should even want to "cover up" their baby bump is absolutely disgraceful. This isn't a maternity store last time I checked. I am not pregnant but I sure know if I was again with a child who would survive, I would be showing off a "baby bump" and wouldn't appreciate someone telling to cover it up. This old-minded woman needs to learn her position working in a clothing store needs to be about KINDNESS and making customers enjoy their experience. Pregnancy is GIFT not given to all women. I will NEVER step foot in this store again. This store may have great clothes, but the disgusting treatment from women who work here is not worth a dime of my money. I feel bad for any woman who's experienced the hurtful customer service I have experienced and left there feeling worse than when they entered. I was a voice for this woman today and hope she learned a lesson she will apply to her life when it comes to how to treat others. read more

This was my first time at Anything Bling and I really think my guilty pleasure is boutique shopping. It's just so expensive but for the quality it's worth it once in awhile. I was browsing with my friends and looking for an ideal outfit to wear to our 5 year high school reunion. I came across the cutest Mamma Mia-esque denim jumpsuit and I had to try it on. For the price it was honestly worth it! I loved the atmosphere and they had such nice clothes you don't always see in department stores. Although you pay more, you are getting more sustainable and higher quality clothing for sure. I'll have to come back with my credit cards ready next time! I know I'll be thriving in this jumpsuit for the summer and beyond! read more

This store was so much fun to shop at! Sabrina's enthusiasm for what she does is so inviting. Also the ladies she has working for her are great as well. I love their selections of clothing. Especially their 'leather' shorts! I've been wearing them with matching/blended tights and gotten so many compliments on them. I bought 3 pair! And I bought two washable silk tops. They even advised me on how to wash them. I would have thought being silk they would have to go to the dry cleaners but not these! Glad they took the time to explain the care of this clothing type. I love the uniqueness of the clothing, shoes and jewelry. My husband likes the place as well and encouraged me to buy the other two pairs of shorts he liked them so much! I love this store! I've seen them a nutcracker market and sugarplum market too. Every year I always end up buying something from them. The prices are reasonable and cant find these items anywhere else so unique. They are always on trend and the fabric is so soft. Since there is no markets because of Covid I was able to find their actual store and go. So happy I did! I loved so many things. I tried on 3 items and ended up with super comfy soft fuzzy leopard cardigan. Love it! Now I will always to visit every season for new item. read more

ZERO STARS. I was hoping that I did not have to write this kind of review for this business as, with the exception of the matter that I am going to share, I received good service from the young ladies working. I am new to TX and happened upon this store while going to the Target nearby. I'd never been to this store. I stopped in and was helped in selecting a few items for an upcoming trip. As I am shopping, I'd calculated the total of what my items should have been. Once at the counter, I received a different total. I asked the young lady what each of the items were. One item has been discounter. However it was still high. She never gave me the price of one of the dresses in her recall to me. Had she, I never would have purchased it. The tag looked as if the dress was one price when it actually was another. I would not have purchased it at that price. I expressed to the young lady that something is off with the total. I pay and look at the receipt and tell her that it is the dress. I express that I want to return it. She then tells me that I cannot receive a refund. I literally just swiped my card, which took them several tries because their system was not working properly. she then tells me that it is their policy to only give a credit. The expectation of me knowing any policy or where to look for a policy is a lot to ask of a new customer. I politely ask to speak with a manager. I let the know what happened and shared that the young ladies who helped me, with the exception of this issue, had been great. The manager said they did not have the power to refund in the system but that she would certainly check on it for me and give me a call when she got in the next day. I thanked her, left my contact information and l left. That was on October 30th. It is now November 16th and I still have not received a follow-up. This is where this store receives ZERO stars for me. After me spending hundreds of dollars in your store, you could not take a moment to address my concern. My feet will never grace the doorsteps of this establishment again. As the manager, you are a poor example of your employees to follow. That's it. That's all. read more

This is a bitter-sweet post. I have shopped at this company for 10+ years and recently they posted this to their Instagram page. I appreciated the post and felt compelled to support them during this pandemic. We even bought all our face shields from them. BUT, let me tell you, I was in the store today and overheard a conversation with 2 members of their team and a customer that was so far from what they posted. In the conversation they were discussing their theories on COVID and their fear of another lockdown...when one of the team members said, that what they should have locked was was the protest for justice for #GeorgeFloyd. Needless to say, my mother and I had a handful of clothes that we immediately put back and left the store. I sent a private message to the store sharing my experience which they promptly read however, never responded. Their silence speaks loud and clear and the conversation I overheard today was anything but what they claim to stand for. read more

Love this shop! I visit this shop every year when I visit the area. To the other review complaining about the return policy. It's not the stores fault you don't agree. Also, many small business can not provide super lenient return policies like the big chains because they simply can't afford to! Also, people abuse of those so called overly lenient policies , and guess what?! Prices are raised and passed to the customers. So in that case , Ni one wins!! The US is way too lenient with this policy and people take advantage! To be honest I prefer to buy merchandise that hasn't been sitting in people's homes (odor!), over heated cars etc! I don't mind a more strict policy since I'm suppose to be responsible about how I spend anyway and be sure it's something I actually want. read more

Buyer Beware! I was excited to visit this store for the first time about a month ago. I purchased several items and they treated me wonderfully when I was trying things on and buying things...One dress I tried on and wasn't sure about it but I got it anyway thinking I'd take it home and if it didn't work out for the event I would bring it back. It didn't work and 2 weeks later I sat in awful traffic after work to take it back. When I arrived, the girl was short with me and said no refunds or exchanges after 7 days! The dress was still hanging in the front of the store on display! I asked for a manager to call me and had to wait several days to receive a phone call. After arguing with the manager, she finally agreed to let me exchange the dress if I got to the store the next day. Needless to say, I will NEVER shop here again. With online boutiques, Amazon, and Nordstrom willing to take items back without all the fuss, why shop at a place like this? It's unfortunate that customer service seems to be a thing of the past at this location. read more
