However, after my experience yesterday at Anthropologie in Town & Country, I feel compelled to share it. I shop with Anthropologie frequently and spend a significant amount online because my work schedule doesn't allow me much time to shop in stores. Like many customers, I order multiple sizes and styles online because sizing can vary so much. Yesterday, I went into the Town & Country store to return a jacket and a pair of pants. I was immediately told they were final sale, which I knew was incorrect. Instead of helping me, the associate argued with me until a manager became involved. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. The most frustrating part involved a pair of sandals I purchased at full price for $168. After wearing them for only a couple of hours, a portion of the footbed began lifting. I brought them in because they were clearly defective and expected an exchange or replacement. Instead, I was told the shoes would be damaged out, but I would still have to purchase a brand-new pair. That made absolutely no sense to me. If a product is defective, why would the customer be required to pay again for the same item? Throughout the entire visit, I felt like I was being judged simply because I had returns. Unfortunately, this isn't the first uncomfortable experience my husband and I have had at this location. I understand that retail employees deal with returns every day, but online shopping and returns are part of today's retail environment. Customers should never feel like an inconvenience for following the store's return process. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I've had at an Anthropologie store, and because of it, I will not return to the Town & Country location.

However, the customer service was fantastic (Amy was so helpful!) while I was trying out the blazers. I felt soooo bad going back to return the blazer I chose out only an hour after purchasing because they provided such wonderful customer service. They were also super nice to me even while I was returning my blazer which you rarely find from retail stores.

She made me feel very welcome, even though I prefer to browse a long time before purchasing! She provided me with a dressing room and make sure I was comfortable and told me to take my time. She was definitely making typical upsell gestures, but she was not too pushy and overall very respectful. I purchased an Ungaro dress and was very happy. She packaged it up all very well and I was so happy that I didn't have to beg for help, and that I was not approached disrespectfully or presumptuously as a black woman shopping higher end retail.

This is now one of their flagship locations. While I don't shop at Lululemon very often, I had seen the store upgrades broadcasted all over social media and when one of the run clubs that I follow had a one day activation partnership, I decided to pay a visit. The store itself is nice. The ceilings are high, they have a lot of products, including a range of sizes, and there are many fitting rooms equipped with plenty of mirrors, leaving no wait in line. The not so nice thing about this location was the behavior of the staff. Almost everyone working in the store seemed like they were 16 years old. The age isn't an issue, but while I was trying on a few items, I could hear them laughing and making jokes to themselves over their head sets. It just felt kind of unprofessional. I honestly don't really shop in store any more so this might not be exclusive to this location but it wasn't the best.

The coach team examined the handbag and verify the purchase date to determine whether it will be complementary or a charge, prior to shipping. The estimated time of repair and return is within 6 to 8 weeks. I wish they had a notification to whereas when they receive my package from the store and when they complete it, and ship it back. Once the repairs is completed they will send the item back to your home address. I did enter in a request to require a signature at delivery. Because I definitely don't need them To leave it at my doorstep, when I'm away for work for a couple weeks. Plus this bag is no longer being produced.

The store was clean, organized, and had a huge selection of wallets, purses, bags, and accessories. The associates were really patient, knowledgeable, about the exchange policy, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for without ever feeling rushed. They even pointed out a few deals I would've overlooked and missed. I was able to pick out a great wallet. I definitely will be returning.
