Received a Lilly blouse as a gift. One would think a $200 blouse would warrant a liberal exchange policy. No receipt, 90 days and no return/exchange. Sales associate said she would check with her "manager" then came back and handed me the blouse saying there was nothing she could do. "Sorry." The manager didn't even have the courtesy to speak to me personally. Walmart has a liberal return policy but Lilly P. does NOT!! The sales associate was less than warm and attentive. Who doesn't love Lilly! I'm in adoration of their friendly store. Sometimes it's important to try the dress on to get an idea of the fit. This store has kids clothes and also swimwear. I'm a regular here. Sometimes on Sundays they give you a free gift with purchase - I've gotten a cute scarf. If you are buying a gift, please ask for a box! It's darling. Today was my first venture into this store. First off, this is not a good time of year to try shopping in the River Oaks Shopping Center. Parking is nonexistent, people are very aggressive trying to get that parking space. OK. On to the store. Very pretty inside, cheerful, colorful, inviting. I did not spend much time as I was gift shopping, but I got a very good vibe. The two salesladies were super friendly, helpful, cheerful. I will definitely go back when the Xmas season is over and enjoy the store. There are some chairs there, if you want to bring someone else who is going to sit and wait. Lovely store and merch but the last two times I have made a purchase at the Highland Village, I was overcharged. When I returned for a correction, I was made to feel as if I was to blame. No accountability or apologies whatsoever. Be sure to check your receipt before you leave the store or you'll be dealing with an entitled sales clerk when you get home. read more

Love the styles and the service was lacking today. There was one gal, busy with other patrons, who seemed great. She greeted us when we walked in and even apologized for not being able to give us more attention. I selected my $500 worth of items and went to check out. The first gal, who was still helping the other patrons, had to ask the 2nd gal (who was behind the counter on an iPad, to help us, who then invited us to the counter to check us out. I asked if there were any coupons available and second gal said there was one available and it expired today. Then, she went to the back to get this "coupon" which turned out to be me signing up for a credit card, which I had to pay $75 to get 20% off. I think this gal may have been in training, and she came across quite...pretentious, is the only word I can think of at the moment. While I enjoy the clothes, I will shop online moving forward to avoid that awkward situation. read more

I LOVE LILLY!! So glad I can finally visit a local store to see things in person and try things on before buying. I've been a strictly online purchaser - until now! The staff is super nice and helpful. I was greeted from the moment I walked in the gorgeous store. The space is packed full of Lilly's vibrant colors and patterns. I was actually a little fearful I would go overboard since this was the first time I was able to see things in person, but I was able to contain myself this time. If you're a regular Lilly customer, you will see the free gifts that come with purchases of different levels. They are also doing a grand opening limited gift with purchase, so this was also a nice surprise. December is full of beach/summer vacations for me, so I'm really looking forward to building my holiday wardrobe from Lilly! read more

I reached out to a crazy amount of Lilly Pulitzer stores to help me for my first year shopping the APS. Before I narrowed down what items I really wanted, I had a very extensive list of pieces I was looking for. Amy was the first person to respond to my email blast and said she found a lot of the items on my list (Laelia Bottom Sink or Swim 12, Harbor Bottom Keep Palm 12, Ruffled Dusk Top Resort White Sunshine Eyelet L, and Larissa Set Rum Swizzle 12). She also found other items, but they weren't in my size (Floret Top Sink or Swim 14 & Ruffled Dusk Top Yarn Dye Strip with White Clip M). I called the store to make my purchase, and Amy was so, so nice! She was very sweet and made the checkout process easy. I cannot wait to receive my items, and I will definitely call this store again in the future!
