    Holly helped us plan our 2020 wedding... and then helped plan It again for 2021. Doing literally anything in the middle of a pandemic is hard, (like putting on pants for a Zoom call), so having to plan and then postpone a wedding is, let's just say, VERY hard. Though we were in the unknown, Holly was there for us every step of the way. Any questions we had, even if not directly wedding-planning-related, Holly went above and beyond with her willingness to help. Holly hooked us up with the greatest vendor team in the biz, and communicated with them from start to finish. Though we had many Zoom calls, she made an effort to meet (safely masked and 6ft apart) when we could for the larger moments like venue walkthroughs, a flower market visit and multiple wedding dress alterations. Throughout 2020-2021, Holly was a huge believer in approaching events with a safety-first mindset, and advocated for Covid-safe protocols. We dealt with family drama, masking mandates, the inside vs. outside gathering debacle, needing to downsize our guest count, and all of the other hurdles the pandemic threw our way. With how cautious Holly had been, we fully trusted her call for when it ultimately was safe for us to get married. The day of our wedding turned out exactly how we had hoped, and we have Holly to thank for that. It felt joyful, full of color, and truly was Anything But Gray.

    Look no further: hire Holly as your wedding planner! Holly helped us create our dream Pan Am wedding that took over a year to put together. When Holly began the planning process, she helped us stay focused on having a wedding in which our guests would think, "Wow, that's so Adam and Joe!" every step of the way. The end result was a beautiful blend of my love of midcentury modern aesthetics and my husband's lifelong passion for aviation that took our breath - and that of our guests - away! Holly kept us on task over the course of our engagement with reasonable, bite-sized amounts of work on our end of the wedding planning bargain. In fact, we literally had nothing to do the last week before wedding because we got everything done, giving us the time to simply enjoy the precious few moments of that special period that fly by so quickly! Holly also has deep ties with great vendors, from photographers to paper goods to photobooth creators to the entire team at Pan Am Experience, who made our special day so extraordinary. When you work with Holly, you know you're getting the best of the best; there's no time for amateur hour! We can't sing Holly's praises enough!

    Holly is everything you want to help make your wedding day truly magical! We started planning with Holly prior to the pandemic, which pushed our wedding date several times. This made our wedding date 2 years later than planned. Nevertheless, Holly continued to work with us and made planning our engagement photo shoot and wedding simple and easy; she broke down everything that we needed to do in an organized manner. We love Disney and wanted to have a Tower of Terror theme. We were blown away at her ideas and the attention to detail that were intertwined throughout the ceremony and reception. It was so much fun getting to brainstorm ideas with her during our planning sessions. Her final vision helped to transform the venue into a spooky, run-down hotel that included our guests checking in at a registration desk. Our guests are still talking about how impressed they were with the all the details and theming. The multitude of vendors that were recommended by Holly are top-notch. The invitations, flowers, and a working elevator that was used for our grand entrance as well as a photo booth, were works of art. Know that if you have the opportunity to work with Holly you will not be disappointed!

    Okay, I'm gonna cut to the chase right from the jump: HIRE HOLLY GRAY!!!! Holly helped us, for over a year, plan a nearly 200 person wedding that was at a BEAST of a venue and never once did she bat an eye. She is capable of everything you throw at her and more. She leads her business with endless kindness and joy. She will take your ideas and vision and create an EXPERIENCE for your guests. She comes from being a stage manager and she treats the whole day like it's a big show. Truly, the majority of my guests told me that our wedding was the best wedding they've ever been to. As much as my wife and I would love to take sole credit for that, it was all Holly Gray and her team of incredible vendors. Someone literally said "Did Steven Speilberg direct this wedding?" Since our venue did not provide any services, we hired all of our own vendors. 3LB was essential in ensuring everyone was coordinated and in place on the wedding day. Additionally, because we used their rental equipment, their staff ensured everything was set up exactly according to our instructions. I want to specifically highlight our wedding day coordinator, Jennifer. She was terrific and served as a calming influence throughout the day, ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. I cannot recommend Three Little Birds enough. To anyone considering their services: do yourself a favor and hire this team; you won't be disappointed.

    We had an unbelievably disappointing experience with 3 Little Birds for our chairs and linens…read morerentals during a corporate event. The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

We originally hired them for day-of coordination, and Dominique was so sweet, responsive, and kind to work with. When our original venue cancelled, she immediately looped in Alexa, who reached out personally and spent nearly two hours on the phone with me--talking me through next steps, brainstorming ideas, and offering so much emotional support. That call meant the world to me during what was an incredibly stressful time. Alexa's calm, reassuring energy and genuine desire to help made me feel like we could handle anything. It's clear that this team cares deeply about their couples and goes above and beyond, even when things go off-script. I'd absolutely recommend working with them--you'll be in great hands!!!     We got off to a very poor start with being swapped between three planners, and having to reach out…read moreseveral times to get it sorted out. I understand you had some staffing issues, but it's not right that we didn't have a coordinator until 2 and a half weeks prior to the wedding when we paid for a month of coordinator. Ultimately, we were given someone at 2 and a half weeks until the wedding on May 13th, and I don't think she was fully prepared for our day. We felt skeptical at this point, but it was too late to try and find a new coordinator and had to see it through. On our rehearsal day, Shannon was not able to direct our crowd, and instead left it up to us and our Wedding party to get everyone's attention and direct them with what she needed us to do. I understand the rehearsal is not supposed to be fun, but making me run my rehearsal isn't right. Throughout the wedding day, not only us but several people that were a part of the wedding were disappointed in the service we received. It started out with Shannon standing on the grounds, making it a point that she was not on the clock and would not answer any questions. Although he didn't have any questions for her, the Father of the Bride was told this by Shannon. I understand not being on the clock, but he wasn't going to ask anything, she was in the venue, and the rude comment was not needed. After the ceremony, there was an issue with the pizza truck being late. Shannon brought this to the Mother of the Bride's attention, and the MOB immediately called the pizza truck to resolve the issue. When she got in touch with them, the pizza company seemed confused. They said she had called once, not left a message, and brought it to the MOB to deal with. They also said they had received no confirmation call the day before our wedding just to double check that everything was still okay, which according to them, is common practice. When we were being introduced to the reception, Shannon completely forgot to arrange an introduction for the wedding party. We clearly had this on our timeline, and it was our MC that had to tell us that it was missed, and show on our timeline that it was there. All she said was that it wasn't on her schedule. We then had to send someone to gather everyone from the wedding party that was in their seats to come back for their introduction, while she did nothing. During cocktail hour, the DJ's speaker somehow stopped working. Shannon did not notice this, and instead I had to leave taking pictures to go find the DJ and get him to fix it. During dinner, we patiently waited as 4 tables went by to get their food, while we still had nothing in front of us. We had discussed Shannon grabbing us food before anyone else went to serve themselves, and eventually she did after we sat there and waited with no sight of her. During the dinner hour, the time for toasts was approaching. She let the Father of the Bride know we had 10 minutes until he started his speech, to which he pointed out that the champagne glasses for toasts had not been poured. We had discussed that the bartenders were going to be pouring champagne for everyone, but as the wedding coordinator you have to be the one to let them know when to start. The reply she gave to that comment was "well the bar service doesn't usually do that", even though we had discussed it in our meetings. Moving on in the night, the desert plates that were packed in the box labeled "Desert Box", were never put on the desert table. People were walking around with cannoli's and cake using napkins to hold it. In the same subject of missed items, she never handed out the bubble guns that we had packed in the "Grand exit" box. Somehow the small bubbles got handed out, and they were in the same box. For the cake cutting, the cake was left in the fridge right up until we were supposed to cut the cake. It was nearly frozen, making it nearly impossible to cut through. Throughout the night, it was noted by not only us but several guests that the assistants were off property on their phones. There was plenty to be done the entire night, and is a bad look when they were on the clock for something we were paying good money for. Overall, the team that you sent did not adequately handle our night how we expected for what we paid and the glowing reviews you have. I know you are someone that loves their business, and I hope you understand that this is not the level of service expected from a coordination team. We sent all of this information to the company, and they took no responsibility for any of the issues we had, but instead had an excuse for everything. If you want a Wedding where you feel the stress is truly taken off your shoulders, I would not recommend hiring this company.

Cynthia was just as excited as I was about the small details and I knew then that I found the right person for the job. Through the months leading to the big day, she kept me on my toes to make sure that I had everything crossed off the to-do list. It helped to be accountable to another person to make doubly sure that everything goes off without a hitch. You only get one chance to get everything just right, afterall. The week of the wedding, Cynthia took full control of communicating with all of our vendors. She was a god-send! She organized and coordinated with everybody - I didn't have any headache to deal with. The day of our wedding, she and the ladies were the first vendors we saw as we were getting our hair and make-up done. I knew I had nothing to worry about. And I was right. Our wedding reception was amazing and beautiful!! And I credit Cynthia with getting all the details just right - it was more than I could have even imagined. So basically, it was not set up to handle a large amount of people (I had 180 guests). I had concerns such as where do we place the lights where they are most effective, and how do we get rid of all the trash, and where will the valet park all those cars? My wedding planning was a big headache. Luckily, Cynthia was able to foresee all those obstacles and more and help create a solution. -She always replied back with emails quickly, and with texts even quicker. -She was always highly professional and prepared during our meetings. -She was honest, and gave her opinion if something would not work out (unlike some vendors who promise too much and under-deliver). -She provided a great team to work with for the day of. -She provided more services than what was outside of our contract to make sure everything ran smoothly the day of. -She was even available after the wedding for follow-up questions that I had (wedding contract info, vendor info, random questions). There is always something that will go wrong with your event. No event is perfect, but with Cynthia, I felt that it ran as smooth as it possibly could have than with any other event planner. My husband and I highly recommend Cynthia as a wedding planner. I couldn't have done it without her and her team.

There were no problems with any of the vendors and they all knew what they had to do and at what time. All thanks to Amber and her amazing managerial skills and timeline mastery. We got what we wanted, to spend our wedding day with friends and family that we love stress free and most importantly smiling throughout the night celebrating our special day. The quick review: highly recommend because of Brin. Our wedding could not have turned out the way it did without her. And our experience planning, as well as our experience on the day of, could not have been what it was without her. We love you Brin! The long review: it's hard to find someone to trust for such a huge day, but we absolutely made the right decision with OBSE. Specifically Brin. Right from the start her vibe and personality meshed well with us. She and OBSE were also accommodating in adjusting our pricing based on what we needed and didn't need (for example, we already landed on a venue and caterer, so wouldn't need help with that). Brin was super organized and we were provided with timelines and checklists- as someone who needs this in my everyday life, this was extremely helpful. It was easy to get in touch with Brin and she did all the heavy lifting reaching out and sourcing vendors for us. We also regularly did meetings as needed. Leading up 2-3months out from the wedding day, I was procrastinating rather horribly and Brin was SO patient but also SO helpful on checking in and keeping us on track with what needed to be done. And then when the wedding was around the corner, she put together very detailed timelines for the day and for the wedding party, she organized the entire processional seamlessly, guided rehearsal day perfectly, coordinated with all our vendors (I know perfectly because I think we barely even saw or heard anything related to that), and set everything up exactly as envisioned the day of. I woke up without a worry that day and Brin kept it worry free all the way through! She had an amazing emergency box prepped for the wedding party, kept things on schedule, packed up our personal items/gifts and placed it in our shuttle home after, and handled wrapping up and cleaning up with our other vendors. We truly did not have to think and could just enjoy our day! She even did a post mortem with us, which I really appreciated. Brin is the best!

We had already done all the footwork, booked vendors, had the timeline done and sent to vendors, planned, etc.... EVERYTHING was done! We were trying so hard to find a place that understood the situation and that we didn't need an over all planner/coordinator but a day-of coordinator. Lily from Orange Blossom stepped up to the plate and did a phenomenal job!! She understood that we just needed someone there the day of and she never once overstepped or made us feel stressed. She followed our wishes perfectly and made sure our timeline was fulfilled to a T! Lily is extremely professional, patient and kind. She goes above and beyond on the day and made sure nothing went wrong!! We greatly appreciate Lily for taking us on as clients and being so easygoing, organized and kind! I also want to stress that Orange Blossom and Lily were kind enough to give us a discount since we had already done all the footwork! They didn't feel it was morally right to charge us for an overall planner/coordinator. It's rare (especially in the wedding industry) to find people with such great morals, integrity and kindness.
