    Leora and the BestBride team are truly amazing! David and I had our destination wedding on 5/5/19 at the Grand Velas Los Cabos. We were so blessed to have had Leora as our wedding planner from the very first day of the process. She truly is amazing and creative when it comes to planning a wedding! She helped our vision and dream of a wedding come to life! There was never a moment of worry with her and the team, even with all the details of a destination wedding. The day was flawless! This may sound to good to be true, BUT it truly was. We will never forget our special day! Leora and the entire BestBride team, we are forever grateful!

    This review is long over due. I got married on 11/11/17 and I cannot express how much the Best Bride team meant to me and my wedding. At the beginning stages of planning the wedding I didn't really think I needed a wedding planner. I am a very organized, detailed oriented person. I had so much of my wedding planned out. I thought why spend the money when I can take care of it all. The more I thought about it I realized if I were going to enjoy my wedding day I would need to have someone there helping me take care of all the little details that I will not be able to take care of. I didn't want to give any of these tasks to friends and or family members either. I wanted them to enjoy themselves also. Best decision ever. I would never have been able to do everything the Best Bride team did. Leora was my contact person from day one. She is fantastic. She answered all of my questions, addressed all of my concerns and even worked with my difficult schedule to get me in for our meeting. My first meeting was with Leora and Bailey. I immediately liked them both. We went over every detail I had planned and the things that I did not have planned I was a little concerned about, but they helped me figured it all out on that first meeting. Bailey was with me the entire day of the wedding. Looking back on that day now, I cannot image doing it without her. I felt like she was my best friend by my side making sure every single detail was perfect. Everything from the setup and decor to whether I was more comfortable with contacts in or my glasses on. I even text Bailey later that night and let her know I left my purse on a chair she brought it to the hotel I was at. The best decisions I made when planning my wedding was hiring Best Bride and my photographers. Wedding planning is very stressful. Do yourself a favor and hire Best Bride it will be the best decision you make, I promise.

You really cant say that about every vendor or wedding coordinator out there. For some vendors its just a contract but for Amber its creating a bond and we are grateful for that. Amber was very instrumental with our art deco theme ideas designing our invitation card, save the date cards, and using old luggage as part of our theme. Our wedding went off without a hitch. There were no problems with any of the vendors and they all knew what they had to do and at what time. All thanks to Amber and her amazing managerial skills and timeline mastery. We got what we wanted, to spend our wedding day with friends and family that we love stress free and most importantly smiling throughout the night celebrating our special day. Fast forward 5 years I had met Matt(my now husband) and we were moving into together. I was cleaning my room at my parents house and came across Natalie's card and put it in my purse. 3 months later, Matt proposed on a Saturday and the following Monday I called Natalie and booked her. First and foremost, Natalie is an angel on this planet. Wedding planning is so stressful and I never had to worry about a single thing, she went above and beyond to make sure I was not stressed and happy. She is more than just our wedding planner and over the 3 years we planned my wedding (thanks covid...), she became my friend and someone who I adore Second, when going down this road, I think trusting your planner/wedding team is extremely important to make sure the process is seamless and smooth. I can tell you that without a doubt, I trust Natalie and her team implicitly! I trusted them so much that I let them run free on the design for my wedding and I could not have been happier! Everything was perfect and so gorgeous- from the table design to the flowers, everything was flawless and it was so amazing to watch her vision come to life. It's been 3 months and I am still getting calls and compliments from all of our guests and even friends of guests who weren't there but saw pictures. She is insanely talented and has an unbelievable list of vendors that are just as talented. We even had a silent disco at our wedding and it was a hit! Third, her team is awesome. The women who helped me specifically- Ellie, Kennedy, and Maddy- where next level professional and so helpful. There were nights where I would be up at midnight and text Ellie and she would always answer and talk me down. What I can say is, they don't really go straight to the point and communicate back n forth in email when you had requested 3 times to call you to talk it out. I mean, if off the bat you're having a hard time conveying your plans, pricing with me then its not worth my time. They reply back quick, which I appreciate but them going around in circles is annoying. Also, if you're looking for budget, this is NOT the place for budget. She knew my budget, yet continued to ask questions through email. Finally, she gives me the quote of $10-$15k for a wedding next year (saying pricing will go up next year) and if its something i am still interested in. Wow, knowing where my budget is, which was less than $3k, and you know your asking is triple that, is so unprofessional. This is not accommodating to new clients or at all helpful. If you plan to have a wedding with a $10-$15k budget in mind then this might be your type of vendor but if you're asking for really minimal details for $3k, and they don't just say "sorry our services are over your budget" then they don't care or respect your needs. These days, customer service should be catered to what you can provide for the client. If you can't make it work, then just simply let the client know. Do not waste their time with back n forth email. Some of us don't understand what you're saying in email and a clearer communication shows you care enough to explain it.

We also hired a full support team from Three Little Birds in addition to Jessica, our day of planner and Bre, our coordinator, and that decision paid off in a big way. The entire Three Little Birds team kept everything running smoothly and effortlessly, setting up, moving us through the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing without a single hiccup. The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

The quick review: highly recommend because of Brin. Our wedding could not have turned out the way it did without her. And our experience planning, as well as our experience on the day of, could not have been what it was without her. We love you Brin! The long review: it's hard to find someone to trust for such a huge day, but we absolutely made the right decision with OBSE. Specifically Brin. Right from the start her vibe and personality meshed well with us. She and OBSE were also accommodating in adjusting our pricing based on what we needed and didn't need (for example, we already landed on a venue and caterer, so wouldn't need help with that). Brin was super organized and we were provided with timelines and checklists- as someone who needs this in my everyday life, this was extremely helpful. It was easy to get in touch with Brin and she did all the heavy lifting reaching out and sourcing vendors for us. We also regularly did meetings as needed. Leading up 2-3months out from the wedding day, I was procrastinating rather horribly and Brin was SO patient but also SO helpful on checking in and keeping us on track with what needed to be done. And then when the wedding was around the corner, she put together very detailed timelines for the day and for the wedding party, she organized the entire processional seamlessly, guided rehearsal day perfectly, coordinated with all our vendors (I know perfectly because I think we barely even saw or heard anything related to that), and set everything up exactly as envisioned the day of. I woke up without a worry that day and Brin kept it worry free all the way through! She had an amazing emergency box prepped for the wedding party, kept things on schedule, packed up our personal items/gifts and placed it in our shuttle home after, and handled wrapping up and cleaning up with our other vendors. We truly did not have to think and could just enjoy our day! She even did a post mortem with us, which I really appreciated. Brin is the best!
