We took our rescue, Kenji, for the basics group classes. Mario was a fantastic teacher. I love how each week they make the training simple and effective. Not overwhelming at all! I look forward to taking more classes and appreciate Anything is Pawzible for all they have done to improve our relationship with our dog.

Lazlo's graduation from the Basic Plus class!

We adopted our pup, Lazlo, in March and faced the whirlwind of puppyhood for the next several months. Although we had spent a lot of time and energy with initial training (sit, stay, come, wait, etc.), we felt we had reached the limit of what we could learn from YouTube dog training videos. We reached out to Anything is Pawzible to inquire about the best class options for our pup who had some groundwork already done. We ended up taking the Basic Plus course which was absolutely perfect. Working in a group class setting, our teacher Judit did a phenomenal job of adjusting our behaviors as any roadblocks came up. It was invaluable to learn little tricks about our body language as well as Lazlo's. Judit gave us great ways to add extra challenges when Lazlo had mastered basic/easier things. There's no way we could have known the best ways to increase challenges, utilize different types of rewards, and troubleshoot. If you're on the fence about registering for your first course, this is your sign to do it. YouTube tutorials for dog training are not the same as an in-person group course with a highly knowledgable trainer. Even if you think your pup has some good foundational work, the Basic Plus course will give you a whole new toolbox to improve your training skills and your relationship with your pup. The key is to continue your training homework throughout the week. That will help you make the most of the courses! We highly recommend taking a course with Judit. She was phenomenal! Truly took the time to understand our pup, give us great recommendations, and encourage us the whole way through. Another great tip is that they offer discounts for rescues! You just need to provide the name of the rescue and the adoption date. :)

My puppy and I just finished the beginning puppy obedience class at Anything is Pawzible, with Mario as the instructor. We liked the experience so much that I have signed up for the next class - Mario was GREAT! and the class was also wonderful for my little pup, Gilda. We are looking forward to learning more.......

Chi-Nellie learned a lot and LOVED Mario!

Highly recommend! The facility is very clean. Mario took extra time to answer our questions with very helpful advice.

We are first time puppy parents, which is super overwhelming since you got to start from the bare bones. I spent so much time researching and finding the most effective way of training our puppy. Our puppy is very intimidated by the outside and doesn't have much confidence. We started with the puppy classes because it allowed us to train our puppy but also learn as dog parents. Let me tell you! Alysia was so kind and so knowledgeable about everything. She helped us understand our puppy's behavior and why he would do certain things that frustrated us. We left this class hopeful and excited because who Ollie was the first week of class is a totally different dog the last week of class. We are still training him! He still needs a lot more training, but we will get there. Alysia was so kind to us. She answered all our emails, our questions at the end of class, and she even took time before class and played with Ollie. She was even kind enough to give us advice on swimming, even though that was never going to be touched on in class. She loves dogs and you can tell by her excitement. She made our lives easier. Can't wait to start other classes with Pawsible.

I've taken two Anything Is Pawzible classes with my pup Bruno - the Basic training with Judit and Walk It Out with Jennifer. I loved both classes and found them to be east to follow and priced fairly. The bonding time with my pup is worth it alone but I've also taken away lots of useful skills for Bruno as well. Looking forward to taking more classes in the future!

My adopted pup is a small/medium adult and dog-selective. He primarily reacts towards intact male dogs. Unfortunately, there are a lot of them in my neighborhood so I needed professional help! I reached out to them in late June 2021, but got an extremely helpful and detailed response within 48 hours. They recommended in-person training, but noted there was a significant wait list. Zoom virtual training sessions were offered in the interim. Since it was better than nothing, I decided to take them up on the offer. Pricing was very upfront and they were honest about virtual format limitations. They set me up with Alex. She is AMAZING! Our first meeting was an hour long and we discussed my short and long-term goals. We discussed what was realistic given my pup's breed and the neighborhood's environment. She had high hopes for him, and actually helped lay out plans beyond my expectations. Her methods are positive reinforcement based and customized based on your pup's ability. It's only been about a month since our first session and we've progressed by leaps and bounds. He actually ignored an intact male dog that was following us at the park the other day. I almost cried with joy. Their sessions are super affordable (especially when compared to other training options). If you have a dog with any sort of reactivity (or is just a jerk on-leash) please consider this as it greatly improves your (and your pup's) quality of life.

We took our dog Theo there for the basic pawzibilities class and loved it!! The trainer Mario was great and we learned a lot!! Will definitely be continuing to come here for more classes as they offer so many great ones!

Anything is Pawzible still remains my favorite training facility in the city. I've taken my dog now to a few other places in the city for agility work and/or training and quite frankly didn't really like classes. I now have a second dog and we enrolled in puppy class and basic plus. I love that they work on the same foundations each week and then make it harder. When the session is completed my dog has five to six obedience cues down. At other places they throw like ten things at you in each class and I have felt overwhelmed and essentially we learn barely anything because it is too much. I recently booked a private session with Yvonne. She was the first instructor we had when I started with my first dog and just the best. She's personable, real, and extremely knowledgeable. We met at a local park and she helped me out with improving my dogs behavior around children and other dogs on leashes. I'd continue to highly recommend group classes and private training with Anything is Pawz

While every aspect of the program was fantastic, two things really stood out. First, the team genuinely cares about every dog--it's clear in everything they do. Second, this wasn't just a training experience for our puppy; it was a learning experience for us as owners, too. As first-time puppy owners, they gave us the skills and confidence we needed, and the progress our puppy made was incredible. We can now take him places and truly enjoy the experience. We initially signed up for six weeks but extended it by three more because of how much progress he was making--and because we knew the impact would be long-lasting. We're even planning to bring him back this summer for additional off-leash training (and because we're pretty sure he misses it!). I can't say enough positive things about the facilities, the staff, and the level of care they provide. They're always available to answer questions and show a genuine investment in each dog's success. It's also such a relief to have found a place we trust for boarding and grooming. My experience with Melissa started with a rave review from a friend, and I hired her for 5 lessons (with a referral discount from my friend) and later added 25 minute walks while I was at work Monday through Friday ($70/week). Initially, I was happy with the way she connected with my puppy, however I always had concerns about her communication style and lack of professionalism. [sorry for the long review...scroll to the bottom for the short version] From the start, Melissa was constantly texting me about her other clients, personal life, love life, etc. Melissa offered me discounts and requested all of my payments be made in cash so she wouldn't have to report them through her business. As a new dog mom, I was happy to put my puppy first so that he was getting the care he needed. A few months into my walking and training with Melissa, my roommate decided to have Melissa walk his dog as well. At this point, Melissa notified me that she was letting some of her walking clients go, but was planning on keeping our dogs as she was making $140 most weeks (in cash) from walking them both. She also let me know that she would give me one month's heads up if she was planning on dropping me as a walking client. Living in Chicago, safety is always a concern, and for me, trusting someone with keys to your place is a big deal, and I had informed Melissa I needed at least two weeks notice to be able to find a new walker that connected with my pup. In the most recent months, we noticed from the time stamps on our security system that she was often not even walking the dogs for the full 25 minutes as per our agreements, presumably because she was getting busier in other aspects of her life. Last week, she informed me that she was dropping me as a client effective that week. Forced to scramble together and find new arrangements for my puppy, I let Melissa know that I was disappointed in her lack of professional courtesy. At this point, I have used 4 of my 5 training lessons with Melissa, and I requested that we cut off ties and that she refund me the remaining $50 from the unused lesson. I thought we'd just wash our hands of the experience and move on, but instead, she went on a rampage about how I have no right to make such a request, that I'd be forfeiting my remaining lesson, and that she was going to go and convince my friend that I was being irrational. I was most appalled by her activity on social media following our conversation where she used profanity to describe me as a "crazy lady" for my concerns (screenshots posted in the photos section of this Yelp page). TL; DR? Melissa's lack of professionalism ultimately led me to lose all respect for her business when she broke verbal and written agreements (after I spent thousands of dollars for her services), and then harassed me about it.

We bought a package of 3 sessions, and she came to our condo to work with our dog- sometimes at home but most of the time while out walking in the neighborhood. It's easy to work with her, and we were overall very pleased with the experience! Would recommend again for sure.

I gave Bark Out Loud a call and someone immediately answered and after a short explanation, I was able to get an appointment for my Beagle mix. Anne was so lovely and nice, and she answered all the relevant questions and concerns I had. The salon was a happy yellow inside and the grooming area was an open space, which I liked because I've been to other salons where the grooming area was closed off; you couldn't see how they cleaned and treated your pets, and that honestly made me nervous. Also, I really appreciated that I didn't have to go through hoops to get an appointment. I've called other groomers in the area and they either didn't accept new clients or I had to fill out a form online to be waitlisted...I didn't know finding a new groomer could be this difficult? Anyway, I just needed a regular bath package, nail buffing and gland expression for my short haired boy. Anne messaged me as soon as my dog was ready to be picked up, faster than the estimated two hour window! She explained what she did and couldn't do, which was par for the course, since my dog hated getting his nails trimmed. Even so, he looked nice and clean with a smile on his face; he didn't look stressed at all! The prices were reasonable and she offered spa packages and other extras, if you'd like to pamper your babies. I will definitely come back!

When it comes to your dog, if you're like me, you only want a place that's going to love them and…read moretreat them with the amount of care and respect you give them. So, why choose Tony and his crew when looking for a dog trainer? Because not only does he have years of experience working with many dogs, hundreds of hours of leaning and training with leading professionals within the obedience field, but most importantly he LOVES what he does. I'm in my last year of college so dog training is a luxury for people like me, who only have a college budget to begin with. However, it is something that I knew I needed to do for my dog without question. I live in the city but I work at a stable with horses, so not only did I need the basics taught to my dog but the commands needed to be solid and reliable off leash as well. Those commands are what keeps my dog safe when I am in the saddle or working at the stables during the summer. I called so many trainers, well over 50, and the reason I chose Tony (and will only ever choose him to ever work for my dog) is because he goes above and beyond for every single animal in his care. I cannot tell you how long he stayed on the phone during my initial informational call, noting every single concern I had. Tony actually LISTENED about who my dog was, who I was, and my hopes and dreams with my new pup. He not only understood my worries but laid out a thought out game plan that could work with my budget, and time I was asking for a lot: a trainer who could have a price range that I could actually work with, actually give me a well-trained dog and someone who would love my dog while under their care. Tony has stepped up to the plate in every single one of those aspects. During Hammer's (my dog) board and train, I would constantly be sent pictures and videos of Hammer, which was great to see especially since I missed him so much while he was away. Tony always gave me weekly calls to update me on Hammer's progress and to answer any questions or concerns I had at the time. He worked so hard to find a training method that actually worked on my pup. When my dog wasn't feeling well or was feeling stressed out Tony resorted taking my dog to HIS home in order to make him more comfortable and to be able to keep a better eye on him. He gave the best quality care and went above and beyond our expectations, and the dog he returned to me blew me away. He's so well trained that when I do take him to work, he even heels next to me as I'm ON my horse. I always get complimented on Hammer's behavior, temperament, and training which all comes as a result of all the hours and hard work that were put into him. Hammer still has a long way to go with his training and is now going to his second board and train with Tony in a couple of weeks. The reason why you should choose Tony to train, board or even walk your dog lies within my own personal story and experiences with him. He makes having a well-trained dog possible for anyone and works with the puppy parents as much as he works on the dog. He's not in this business to take peoples money, if he sees your dog need additional time after the agreed set training time he will put in the additional training time towards the dog with no additional fees. Trainers as dedicated and passionate as the one found within Fido's Gotta Go are rare, so take the opportunity and give your dog the best Chicago has to offer.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Anthony and his dog walking service. I am so…read moregrateful to him and to Yelp for bringing such a kind, competent, and responsible dog walker into our lives! My Rudy is a handful and Daisy is very ill, so I needed someone who knew AND loved dogs, and the very SECOND Anthony walked into my home for our first "meet and greet," I knew he was perfect (he got down on the ground with my dogs to make them feel less threatened). My Rudy in particular does not like men and he sidled right up to Anthony and they were fast friends. After seeing all those horrific YouTube videos about what dog walkers can do to your dogs when you're not home, I was extremely worried about trusting my dogs to a stranger, but I work long hours and I wanted to introduce someone into their lives we call could trust. Anthony sends me texts with photos after EVERY walk, checks their water, and makes sure the dogs are happy and healthy after each visit. In sum, Anthony and his company are a Godsend. Of all my reviews on Yelp, this is one of my best. I would give them 10 stars if I could. If you need a dog walker, seriously, search no further.
