I cannot relate to any of the poor reviews. This is by far the best RV service facility we've ever worked with. We recently purchased a 12 year old RV and visited Anything RV several times over a two week period as we discovered new problems. Their service was quick and cost effective and their technicians friendly and knowledgeable. Josh, the owner even offered to drive out to my RV after hours when I couldn't get it started. Anything rv service center was an absolute life saver for us. We are a touring band and have seen another mechanic for a fix with no diagnosis. Lauren and her team caught our broken fuel pump in our generator at 3:30 pm and had us on our way by 5 pm. Her whole team were nothing but kind and helpful as well as beyond welcoming and super diligent with our fix. We rented through cruise America who have given us nothing but issues with the generator but Lauren battled for us to get this fixed and in a rush. I waited over a year with multiple calls to Anything RV about a windshield. Cathy left. Lauren said she would call back about it after multiple calls and texts. Then Jesse says, "oh, we stopped doing those." He thought it was funny. I do not recommend this company. read more

Dropped of motor home March 26 2022. Today is May 14. According to the one and only person running this place (answering thi phone or not) on sticky notes, parts have been ordered but could be picked up at any store too. (??) Despite insurance clearance and downpayment- they are dragging their feet and it looks their Google and most Yelp reviews are fake. No response, no accountability, a total helter skelter. Agreed on service notes do not exist, always a surprise. I appreciate a family run business, but not this mess. Despite multiple requests to talk to the owner- no call or contact. And while the RV was sitting there without any supervision they managed to have the catalytic converter ($2,400) stolen and were very supportive to tell you how much this will cost us to fix.Well, I guess they are really into making customers feel good. These guys are awesome! Our coach was towed there when the engine basically disintegrated. These guys worked with our extended warranty company to make sure they had the info needed for the repairs to be covered (a new engine installed). Chris was great about keeping us informed of the progress and even met us on a Saturday so we could pick up the coach. We had a concern the next day, Sunday, before heading from Houston to Dallas and the owner, Josh Broom (who is also the main man working on the rigs) met us at the shop to check out our concerns and double check everything one more time. These guys even fixed a couple of minor things that we hadn't requested (at no charge) because they saw a need. Super customer service. Can't recommend them highly enough!!! read more

I'd give this company 0 stars if I could. The son Josh doesn't run a "normal" business. 0 stars for RELIABILITY and INTEGRITY. They fixed my slide and it went out during the first trip. I called and brought it back. They had the audacity to charge me for parts. It gets worse. Cathy who runs the desk said Josh was doing the work himself. I called when it was supposed to be ready and she said their working on it but Josh had to deliver a unit so it's late. I postponed my trip and finally got it back and it promptly went out again the second time I tried to bring it in. I called Cathy and explained what I was seeing wrong with installation. She said "well we don't know that's the case". I said look I know what missing screws look like and the track is loose. She said "how do we know that's the issue since you admitted it took you 2 days in a campground to get it to release and able to push in. In other words, she was calling me a liar. But the thing that stands out in my mind is her saying "I have to protect my owner"! I never got a call from anyone about this and I'll have to pay another company to fix what I paid Anything Rv to repair twice. Horrible work but worse to have to deal with their well practiced run around. read more

So glad we found Anything RV Service Center!! We had a sudden emergency with our black water tank while traveling across the country in a modified school bus with 2 babies and 3 dogs... not an awesome situation to be in. They were able to fit us in right away and fixed our tank in about half an hour so we didn't have to lose another day of travel time. They were friendly and did a great job! If we ever need anything else done next time we're passing through Texas, we'll be sure to stop by! read more

I brought my RV to them in October of 2018 and it's June of 2019 and they still aren't finished. I went up there to see the progress on my RV and it was full of mud and dirt, the pleather on the couch was flaking off like it had been exposed to the sun. Nobody calls me back...EVER. No one with any responsibility for the business is ever there or so I'm told. No owners or managers present to see my meltdown when I visited. Stay far far away from this place.!!! We picked up our RV today and they did do a good job. We weren't happy about the damage to our couch but they fixed everything else. read more

After my rv was repaired after a fire within 2 months a panel just fell off under the stove. When I looked in area, I saw that the stove was just installed over the soot and fire extinguisher residu. they didn't even have the decency to clean before installing the appliances. No wonder we have been having headaches and sinus issues since moving back in. Also the area above the stove is just peeling off. Shoddy repair work. Run away. No reply from company either regarding repairs for this either. I even submitted my complaint for the judge Steve Harvey show and got accepted!!! And the owner wouldn't agree to go on the show. So if this does not tell you how legit my complaints are.....they sux!!! read more

To summarize, run, don't walk as fast as you can AWAY from these guys. I had been taking my RV to them for the past couple of years, and knew they were outrageously expensive for the work performed, but they were convenient. The last straw was they diagnosed as bad, and replaced my fuel pump. They replaced it with an aftermarket pump that didn't line up with the electrical contacts on the RV, so it showed an engine trouble code. I took it back and left it for three weeks and they said they couldn't identify the problem, but they had jury rigged it so that it would work on my upcoming trip. The trouble light stayed on, it was very difficult to start, and it was a worry the entire trip as to whether it would eventually just refuse to start. When I got it back to Houston, I took it to my automobile mechanic who diagnosed it as a bad fuel pump. He didn't have the space to service motorhomes so I took it to a different honest mechanic who also diagnosed as bad, then replaced the fuel pump. He called me when it was done and gave me the price which was about $300.00 cheaper than Anything RV had charged, he used a factory fuel pump which did align with the contacts, the engine trouble light went out, and everything was finally repaired. I took the fuel pump that Anything RV had installed back to them to get a refund and they refused even though they'd had three weeks to diagnose it and repair it before I left. Oh, and the last straw was they tried to tell me that the pump they had replaced was replaced with an OEM pump as well, even though it was clearly not. There were no FordMotor Company markings on the pump, and they had actually admitted to replacing it with an aftermarket when I picked it up saying they couldn't get an OEM. Extremely unorganized service department. My husband knew exactly what parts were needed to repair our 24' awning over a slide. He showed them the parts to order on his phone. They called and told us it was in. We brought the RV at our designated time slot. Ordered some of the parts wrong. Reordered. This time, we returned a day ahead to make sure the wrong part order was corrected. It was so we came back the next day with our RV. But, this time, they realized that they had returned the original correct parts previously ordered and needed to order those again. Forget it. Save your time and find an organized, professional RV service center that will do what they should the first time. I understand things happen but twice for the same parts should be a clue. Updated: they did get the parts back in for the third try and our situation was resolved. No issue at all with the tech and his knowledge. He did a very good job. read more

So I had a generator problem and a slide out that wasn't working properly. I called and asked if they could take it in and what kind of timeline to repair it. I had 10 days to work with before a trip and they said they could fix it. Took it in and need a motor ordered and a carburetor gasket. 3 weeks later it is done or so I thought. Picked up the RV and generator was running and it was running before I took it in. It would just not run more than an hour or so I thought they fixed what was needed. Left the generator on and it died about 3 hours later. I changed the spark plug and it started running again so I thought it was ok but it cut off again. It turned out to be a fuel pump which I replaced myself so wasted about $450 on a wrong diagnosis or inadequate diagnosis. Then a week later the slide out starts making a noise when retracting. Sounds like it is out of alignment which I paid for. So in total $1600 plus and nothing works. read more
