The gentlemen we had were friendly and took care of all of our luggage. The company has great communication. We were scheduled to be picked up at 4:45am but at around 9pm the night before I started getting nervous that we should leave a few minutes earlier, so I sent them an email asking if we could leave at 4:30am instead, really not expecting anyone to respond in time. They actually emailed me back within 10 minutes and confirmed the earlier pick-up time. Then, our return flight landed at PDX (an unheard of!) 40 minutes early. As soon as we touched down I texted the number to see if there would be any way someone could come pick us up for 40 minutes earlier than planned, again not necessarily expecting a response - especially since it was close to midnight. However, they texted me back instantly that my driver would be in touch with me soon, and sure enough our driver texted me within a few minutes. By the time we grabbed our suitcases off of the conveyor and walked a few minutes to the curb, our driver was already there and waiting despite us being 40 minutes early - and, again, it was close to midnight on a Wednesday. We are customers for life!

The choice was an Uber, which would not have worked for our situation, or a luxury car service. Hewar was wonderful from when I first called him to arrange our trip. He was attentive and patient, even when I called him multiple times with questions. The manager, Rasheem, met us at baggage claim. Our driver, Zhieco, was professional and friendly. He helped us get our (very heavy) luggage into the hotel. On the other hand, the company I called first did not give me a chance to explain why we needed help at baggage claim. As soon as he heard that, he immediately said he couldn't help me. He threatened to post my phone number online when I wrote him a one-star review. I was shocked. I would've taken it down, regardless, because I don't post bad reviews. So, I was especially glad to talk with Hewar on my second phone call. I highly recommend Elite. If I ever need a service like this again, I will for sure call Hewar.

He was very helpful in setting up my schedule. After the times were nailed down, I felt confident that he would take care of me. A couple weeks after making my schedule, I needed to change the time: no problem! I was picked up right on time, the driver was very nice, opened my door and took my bags. Told me where I'd be picked up, but I didn't quite know what he was talking about, lol! (the airport is a lot different from the last time I went there.) On the way back, Sam contacted me with a courtesy reminder while I was still in transit. I was very grateful for the reminder as I was totally exhausted. I asked at that time, "if i can get an earlier flight, will that work for you?" he says, "yes." **PLEASE NOTE: Twice I've made a plan and later asked to change it; the second time, my request was last minute. Both times, they were on board with whatever I wanted to do. Upon arrival, Sam gave me instructions on where to meet my driver. He was right there...NO WAITING, no wondering if this was my guy. They have plenty of space for a family and car seats if you request it. My most recent experience was during the snow storm of 2017. I needed to get to the airport for an early flight and the roads were covered in snow and ice. Another car service raised their rates almost 4x, over $200 for a single trip to the airport - price gouging people that don't have another option. USA Airport Shuttle had to put on chains but they were prepared and still arrived 15 minutes early and with a smile. Oday was one of the nicest and best drivers I've encountered. Their commitment to me has earned my commitment to them. After multiple trips and a lot of experience with different car services in different cities - I can honestly say that they are the top choice in PDX.

One of the Uber drivers was running his own business on the side so I scheduled a pick-up date and time with him, when I called to confirm the day before the pickup he stated he was out of town. With traffic and appointments that go longer than anticipated, scheduling these companies can be difficult, but TKG has always arrived on time, whereas others have made me wait an hour or longer. The vehicle is always clean. The driver is absolutely polite and helpful--and careful, too. The ride is smooth. The driver is calm on the road, very steady. They are always waiting for me when I'm done with an appointment. They send out reminders of the appointment, and have reasonable pickup times.
