The car was not safe to drive and I was heading out of town on Sunday - major scramble. We called 5 other companies to see if we could get the windshield fixed on Saturday and none of them could get us in until the following week. We finally found Anytime Auto and at five o'clock on Friday evening Dave confirmed that his crew would be at our house on the south shore by 9:00 am Saturday. Not only that, but his warehouse had all four types of windshields that are options for my Toyota 4Runner. He was prepared to bring two down so that he would definitely have the job done right. When we were scheduling our appt time, they suggested to meet us at our garage and replace it in town. This saved us so much time and stress. They were quick, efficient and accomdating. My back windshield completely shattered on my way to work yesterday morning when I turned on the defogger. I contacted my insurance and they said it was covered, so based on the reviews on yelp I found Anytime. I called David, who was extremely helpful and fast. He got all the information he needed and called me back to schedule a time and place. He came to me, was on time and was very friendly and super efficient. He recommended a tinting company (based in my area) and even gave me a windshield cleaner once he was done. He left a thank you note on my dashboard which made me smile after getting in my car the next day. I asked how much would cost me if I did not have insurance and the price they gave me was MUCH cheaper than the other places I quoted. My husband has an issue with his trunk door, that could be connected with the window (perhaps a window issue) and David offered to come by for free another day (the car was not there at that time) and look into it to give an estimate. The next day, right on time, he met me where I work, half hour later all done. I reached out to Anytime about a week ago to get the rubber molding above my windshield re-fastened, as it came unglued and was flapping in the wind as I drove. This was after a few of the bigger shops laughed at me and couldn't fit me in, as everyone was out on the road. Dave stopped by this morning, was very friendly and super efficient with the repair. He re-attached it, adhered it back in place, gave me some quick instructions about the next 24 hours and was off. Super professional, efficient and came to my vehicle. Can't say enough about the professionalism and the above and beyond care from Anytime Auto Glass. I had a cracked windshield in one of my work trucks and had called Anytime Auto glass and set an appointment with Kelly. Dave was out with the specialty windshield right at the set time. The windshield had been replaced before by another company who had glued the gasket in because of a leak due to poor installation. Dave took the time to remove the glue and debris that had been the reason for the water leak and prepped the gasket and windshield to prevent further leaks. I needed a replacement windshield for my new-ish car, so I set out to find a quality auto glass replacement installer. Setting up the appointment was easy. Initially, I had ordered a high quality windshield and had it installed at their garage by Dave. Since it was a rainy day, I did not immediately notice a manufacturing defect in the glass. I noticed it a few days later, and Dave came to me to replace the glass with another type of high quality replacement. These guys are awesome! I called because they're around the corner from my and wound up with some of the best customer service of my life. They called the insurance company with me, to make it more efficient and to be sure I got what I needed, came out the next day to fix my windshield at my house, and were done before 9:30 in the morning. This is a family tun business from Hyde Park. They are awesome people who go above and beyond. They came right to my house. I used then twice. My truck had an old replacement that was leaking. He explained it was because it was improperly installed. He took extra care in sanding out the rust where it leaked and applying a special sealer to prevent further damage. This review is much delayed, but I promised myself that I would write it because they did such a great job! Since I wasn't going to be driving frequently, I told myself that I didn't need the windshield replacement portion of my car insurance.. and of course, I ended up with a lovely crack that quickly spread 6 inches across my windshield. The cold weather was setting in (below freezing at night!) so I needed a fast replacement for cheap. After calling a few places and looking at reviews, I decided to go with Anytime Auto Glass because they were willing to come to me [all the way in Brookline, MA] and quoted the best price. The technician met me in the driveway and took care of everything within 45 mins, even in the cold weather. He was genial and checked to make sure that he had the correct windshield for my car. Great service! I had a chip in my windshield that needed repairing (and it's the middle of December in Boston, so somewhat urgent...) and after reading reviews on Yelp, getting an online estimate from a major chain, and being told by another place that they'd replace the entire windshield, I called Anytime Auto Glass. Kelly told me they'd come to my home or office the next day (for no fee) and quoted me a repair rate that was about 40% LESS than the major chain (and also offered to deal with my insurance company for me). Dave met me the next day, was very professional and friendly, and most important, did a great job with the repair--it's barely visible, and the whole repair only took 20 minutes. I thought this chip was going to be a pain to deal with, but it really could not have been much easier. I will definitely use them in the future. read more

My window recently needed to be replaced after a snow plow shattered the front window of my car. I was in urgent need to have it replaced and was very impressed with the service I received at Anytime Auto glass. Kelly was great! She was so friendly and very accommodating with setting up my appointment based on my schedule. She took care of everything and was very responsive, answering any questions I had. David did a great job with the installation and was very helpful with offering advice when he noticed my cracked windshield and even provided contact information for local auto body shops to also assist with repairing my broken side mirror. He was very thorough and did a great job repairing my window. Although, they could not get me in to have the cracked windshield repaired in the next few days, Kelly set me up with another glass repairman in the local area within 30 minutes. After finding a crack on my windshield I was worried about being able to have it repaired ASAP as I had to drive a long distance in a couple of days. Also, my car is parked outside so the elements can be a problem as well to exacerbate a crack. When I emailed Anytime Auto Glass on a Sunday, I was amazed that Kelly responded within minutes. She was extremely helpful and guided me through the very seamless process of having them work with my insurance company. In fact Kelly was much more efficient than my insurance company! We were able to schedule in short order and Dave came out and did a fantastic job of replacing my windshield and identifying the cause of the crack (age....my car is 18 years old :-). Before I even arrived at my parking spot, Dave had already found my car and was prepping his tools for the job.
