Do not respond to their email surveys or you risk retaliation from this coward company. I have never seen anyone cleaning the area, wipes are many times empty, and AstroTurf area is so dirty it feels greasy. Managers are arrogant and incompetent, many issue unfixed for over a year. After moving here, my husband and I were set on finding a good gym for our lifting and after trying half a dozen we tried out Designer Bodies and knew it was perfect for what we needed. It's not as large as some gyms around here but the equipment is some of the best I've seen and the owners are always around. There are a few things that could improve, but hopefully as the membership grows some of those things will happen naturally. I would love if they were able to move all the cardio and yoga mat stuff into a separate back room, it would give more privacy to them and more space for lifting equipment (another squat rack!). Another thing would be if the music changed. Currently, it's a little on the mellow side and I prefer a gym with upbeat music playing over the grunts of everyone working out. I also would love if they had longer hours as my job prevents me from getting in before they close on some nights. But again, these are all small things that are not going to prevent you from having a killer workout. I love the vibe here. Some people, like myself, like to get in and get out, and you can do that here. You can also hang out, like others do, and everyone seems to be pretty friendly so that's cool too.

I don't recommend any person I know to ever go there unless being talked about like a piece of meat is your cup of tea. Then by all means there's a teenage minded douche that wears booty shorts at the same time as a bandana that I'm sure will be there to disrespect you when your not looking. I tried returning when that Jersey Shore wanna be wasn't there(because my company had got a Hotel fairly close to that location)unfortunately it came as no surprise that he had nowhere else to be. As bad luck would have it I showed up before the sun is up, and even after our morning meeting. But everytime the booty short wearing womanizer was there... All in all its unsettling to hear and disturbing to see. Save your money and try a respectable gym.

Chuze is always very busy and I was trying to bring her over to the Defined side. They would not allow her to work out without signing up first. Reasoning being that she is a minor and there is not a clause in their waiver stating that if a minor is injured they are liable. With as long as Defined has been around, it would seem like they would have added this by now. Especially since she was accompanied by her guardian. So how would any teenager know if they like this gym before they want to sign up? It seems like they're trying to force a sign up to me. My rating is based off of a suspicious business model.
