I've witnessed multiple of YOUR patients who can walk there park right in front of NURA and have no issues with parking further away BUT YET you don't address this! I actually came back to this gym after I had cancelled a couple of years prior. They told me that they were going to be putting in new equipment the following summer so the membership fees would reflect that. My membership fee went up by double what I was paying before. I was billed 32$ every 2 weeks...That should have been the first red flag. After signing the contract to join the gym I was forced into a session with a trainer that was 2 hours long. Second Red Flag.... At the end of the training session the trainer gave me a hard sell on paying for training sessions 3 times a week. I told the trainer I was not interested in training sessions and that the cost of training was too high. I told them that I wanted to join "anytime fitness" so that I could go to the club anytime that was convenient for me to work out. I ended up working out more at home because the area of the gym that I liked to work out in was constantly taken by trainer sessions and group classes so I decided that I would need to cancel my membership. i tried to call the gym but no one answers the phone. I ended up sending an email and I got a response back stating that I would need to schedule an in person appt to cancel my membership. I came in for my appt to cancel my membership and was told that I would need to pay 200$ to get out of my contract early OR I could just wait until the contract ends which is in 2 months and then I will not be charged a fee.. I only owe 120$ in membership fees for the next 2 months so of course I chose not to pay 200$ to cancel. I will need to come back in 2 months to cancel in person. I will never go back to this gym. It is not worth the money. There are so many other gyms. Do your research. Do not give them your money.

How did you like it when you did go? It was absolutely embarrassing and extremely poor customer service, to act like neither of them even knew me and to act like I didn't just spend $1000 at their workout studio was downright disrespectful. I keep replaying being in there and I honestly wish I would've said something because that was unacceptable as a manager and trainer. I would never go to Orangetheory again especially this location.

I have an auto immune problem and it's 26° outside, so I sat in the building. A blonde woman asked me to leave, now mind you, I wouldn't have minded paying to stay there, it's just money. My health and her health are much more important. I literally did not know how to work my friend's vehicle, so I sat outside for an hour. As a business owner, I was very put off. Next time suggest they can purchase a spot or something. I didn't think to ask because I was so shocked, yea rules are rules and I always follow the rules but next time- note for the future, this was rude.
