The auburndale gym called them for me and fixed whatever the issue was. Great customer service. The gym itself appears to be well taken care of. Everything seems to be clean and managed properly. I've been to a few places that just let everything get ran down. The only thing I wish they had that they don't is rowing machines. Not seated rows, but an actual rower. I usually go around 12-3 range and it's not very busy during this time. It's definitely a good place to go for an easy hassle free workout. And how can you beat $10 a month?

It's one of the smallest gyms I've ever been apart of but it more than gets the job done. Plus, it's open 24 hours so you can go literally ANYTIME as long as you have your key fob, and you have access to all Anytime Fitness gyms in other cities/ states/ countries once you have the membership. I have been to a couple other AF gyms while traveling and it's been so nice to have that option. This gym is also definitely set up different. There are a few trainers there during the week but you will never be greeted upon walking in like at a lot of gyms. The trainers are friendly enough but they'll hardly even say hi to you unless you come up to them or you're a regular for their personal training classes. It's definitely a little odd. As for the actual people who go here, I've found a pretty great gym community even in this small gym. At least, the evening goers are really cool, that's when I usually head there. One thing I really wish AF had was a sauna. They just have a couple private bathrooms with showers so you could at least shower if you needed to, but having a sauna would really elevate the options for this place. Oh well. All in all, if you can get over it's not the prettiest or cleanest gym, you can get as much out of it as anywhere. I really enjoy coming here and am a very steady regular.

So one thing i was surprised to see - Every treadmill/cardio equipment had its own TV at this location!! That was pretty awesome. But you have to get a remote from the front desk (or something like that) . The facility overall was clean and cleaning stations were well stocked. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be back!

The machines were in good condition with spray bottles and microfiber towels available for cleaning them off. I think disposable wipes are more hygienic but I understand the need for economy. They have smoothies which I haven't tried yet and a photo room complete with soft boxes and a tripod. My cousin and I had a lot of fun taking photos. Great way to motivate and celebrate your fitness journey. This is the only gym I've ever been in that had this feature. What a creative draw.

It's not a very big gym but have everything you need to get it done. Very clean, the owner is there most days. Equipment downtime is minimal when there's an issue. And their prices are competitive to big box gyms. They have plenty of 35lb plates which a lot of gyms don't have. No Kg plates but that's fine for me. They don't have super hardcore lifting equipment (pro squat racks) but it's a good mix between free weights and machines while about half the machines use plates. They have HIIT classes if you're interested in that.

When I went to workout I was very surprised with how well the management staff and owners built the gym up. There is plenty of equipment ranging from strength training to cardio machines and even an enclosed room for other activities(yoga, interval training, dancing, and etc.). The equipment is just the start of the great experiences and excellent amenities that you will find at this location. The faculty from front desk employees to janitorial staff takes pride in their positions making sure the gym is a place where you feel welcome and motivated to workout. I believe the town of Okeechobee was longing for a great fitness center and thanks to the OFC we were able to adopt one. This gym I believe will be a great success changing lives while helping individuals reach their fitness goals getting them in the body they want.
