Nice little gym, doesn't get extremely packed, depending on the time of the day and the day of the week. It could use an expansion, with more machines and most importantly, private showers/restrooms and clean towel services, like the rest of the other anytime fitness gyms I've visited in other cities. Seriously, the shared restrooms are a huge deal breaker.... because you can't go in there and shower, you won't have privacy and there is a high chance someone will have the indecency to defecate and stink up the entire restroom. read more

I hate this location. Other Anytime Fitness locations are so much nicer - this one is closest to my house, but not a good place to workout.

Like a dungeon, cannot listen to your own music. Very low light. Smells like a sweaty iron head gym. Might be what they are going after. Should be closed down due to health concerns. read more

I hadn't even used my membership in at least 6 months so when I got a new job,moved, and had other personal things going on it slipped my mind to go by there (the place I hadn't been in half a year that wouldn't let me out of the membership when I had called before) to give them my new banking information. The manager called me and as I was unable to talk left me a voicemail basically saying I'm a child and should ask my mom and dad about how credit works? Very rude/unprofessional but wants me to give him my info to pay for a gym I couldn't even go to if I wanted to now because of the Corona Virus. But my parents gym Planet Fitness is actually prorating them their fees since they had to close. Planet Fitness is also half the cost in general with hydro massages and tanning? Guess I will take advice from my mom and dad and head to Planet Fitness when this pandemic is over! read more

Just joined last week and been three times. Love the gym so far. Very clean and newer equipment in good repair.

I had been going to this gym since I was in high school - so six years at this point. I had always had my name on the account and both of my parents have their own clicker too so using each other's clickers was "not a big deal" according to the manager at the time. I never though anything of it because I always had open dialogue with the employees (that speak). Today I was approached three separate times being interrogated about names on the account and a supposed "glitch" that had happened with our keys - I told them I had always thought I was on the account as no one in the past six years had ever had a problem. Instead of offering me a guest pass or ANY option to finish my workout, I was told I needed to stop immediately and leave. I understand there HAVE to be rules. I was not intentionally abusing their service. If I had been made aware sooner by the staff that is supposedly keeping that gym secure, my family would have gladly paid for a family pass. I will not return to a gym or any that treats loyal customers like that. read more

This gym is close to home and small but unkept. I've been a member since 2017 and to date, they fail to keep the restrooms and shower area clean. I guess they are too focused on who's trying to use their facility for free or who isn't racking their weights after a set. #Shrugs Decent place to throw some weight around but just remember to wipe down your machine before you use it. #Yuck read more

Haven't been here for a year. But if the current manager is still there I don't recommend getting a gym membership at this particular gym. When I was still going to the gym I really enjoyed the gym it was usually clean and only sometimes things were in disarray. My main problem with this manager and also the contract that I signed. The contract stuff is solid I understand how contracts work but there is literally nothing you can do to get out of one of their contracts. I moved to a town in the middle of nowhere obviously no anytime fitness. Since I wasn't technically living there nor had I received a paycheck from the job I was not currently working at. They told me that I couldn't cancel due to no proof even though I couldn't get any. Because I had no moved. See the problem. So the manager's solution was for me to keep paying for my 40 dollar gym membership. Yeah like that makes sense! So obviously I was frustrated and since I actually care about businesses I tried to do things within the rules. I ended up moving and continued paying for another two months even after providing my proof of moving. Eventually I had to change banks and just did not notify them. They sent may phone calls and threatening letters but nothing ever affected my credit. I would not suggest doing this since it could potentially mess up your credit Second point to not going to this gym was the manager. He is respectful but obviously talks up a storm to confuse you and doesn't even answer your questions. This was his particular strategy to keep me paying and walking away with nothing. He pretty much doesn't care about who you are as a person and what your going through or if you have no money to pay. ( it used to be that you paid for a service and that service was provided and used but not anymore). My situation was an odd one I understand but it's ridiculous for someone to have five different encounters but end up with no answers or help. I used to go to this gym and I paid 25$ per month. When my contract was up they said they would start charging me 48$ and that's when I cancelled my membership. I thought this was way too high for such a small gym. Some of their equipment is broken (elliptical machine foot rests, headphone plugs, etc.) and I couldn't see myself paying so much. I am at the brick now and I love it. Not open 24/7 but I never used the gym after 8. read more

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is very clean and equipment is all up to date. 24 hour access is amazing.

Too pricey, too small, and TOO rude. I got a 7 day pass to try the place out since I live right there close. The first time I walked in, the guy who talked to us was friendly, but didn't seem interested in the fact that it was our first time. We went back the second day, and the girl at the front was incredibly rude. She didn't hardly speak, or look up at us at all. She just punched our cards and sent us on our way. I called the next day to ask a question about the membership, and the girl who answered the phone didn't know the answer to my question (which was quite simple) so she went to ask her manager. Instead of putting me on hold, she just held the phone as she went, and I could hear her ask the manager what I asked. I appreciated that she asked, but it was so unprofessional. Then when she came back on the phone, she gave me a short, unclear, answer, so then when I restated what I thought I understood just to clarify, she said, "uhhh, yeah" with an attitude as if it was supposed to be obvious. I responded, "well, okay. I just wanted to clarify so I made sure I understood exactly." She then snapped back with "is there a problem?" I had no idea I made it sound like there was some HUGE issue, so I just snapped "no, you've answered EVERYTHING I needed to know." and hung up. I WON'T be going back. Such an unprofessional and mouthy staff. I'd rather drive the extra few miles and go to Huguley or LA Fitness. Absolutely unreal. How are you supposed to get people to sign up for something that pricey, and that small, with a staff like that? NO THANK YOU. read more
