This gym has been excellent for my daily workouts and ongoing training for powerlifting competitions. There are also areas providing machines and other various fitness equipment. In my experience here, staff and athletes in attendance have been friendly, courteous and respectful.

It regularly takes months for things that should be obviously noticed and prioritized to be fixed by management. I reported multiple complaints to the seemingly uncaring staff about having no lights in the parking lot when it's dark in the morning and broken equipment, which they didn't bother to respond to or even put a sign on the broken equipment for weeks. I come at varying times in the morning, and there are cars parked on both sides of the street and the lot is full due to their class times. I mentioned this to Jane at the front desk, who didn't seem to care when she rudely told me, "Well, it's the busiest time of the morning. There are only two classes." And then went right back to folding her towels. I asked again about why they don't split up the class--as they hold the most popular class at the most popular time for working people regularly just going to the gym--and she rudely dismissed my concern again. Don't come here if you want new and working equipment, not to have to plan your workout around that of retired people, and a staff that cares about its facilities and guests.

We have had such a great experience and my daughter has gained so much more knowledge and love of the sport because of her private lessons. She also took part in Match Play and absolutely loved that as well. It was a great experience to be able to play with other highschoolers. We live just over a hour away and we find it worth it for the drive. There are other facilities we could choose, however, this one came recommended to us and because we just really needed a place for tennis, we didn't need a large gym/tennis facility we chose to have a membership here. The prices for memberships are very fair and good for what you receive here. I rather stay here than go to a more traditional style club. It can get busy with tournaments but we have never had an issue about seating inside or finding a place to park. The facility keeps up with maintenance when needed and we never experienced an issue other than soap was out and front desk employee took care of right away. If you are using the weight rooms etc. they have towels and disinfecting spray, which I saw everyone using when they would use the equipment, this was great to see! Highly recommend if you need something that won't break the bank and or want to get involved in tennis. Jon and Adam are truly wonderful! The only downfall is I wanted more heat and a bit more creative sequence for a level 1/2. It was a little slow and a boring sequence. We spent 20 minutes doing the same salutation and then a brief warrior sequence no standing postures or peak poses. But that is just a preference to have a more funky flow with an intermediate level. Overall, good experience. Would recommend.

I enjoyed the spacious, airy and bright room with many windows and great ambiance. It's also next to a cute coffee shop. It is all levels yoga, which works for beginners but one can level up as desired. All instructors were great. I especially loved Jordan's classes. She is very personable, greets you when you come in the door, remembers your name, is calming and instantly makes you feel relaxed. She is very helpful with poses and offers a head massage with essential oils during savasana. Thank you so much! I am so excited that there is a nice yoga studio in that area and I can't wait to come back next summer!
