This gym is perfect for me. I have been a member for over 2 years. I like the size, and the availability and variety of machines - both cardio and weight. I did 6 months of personal training with Jenny Trucke and she was great. Very professional, knew her stuff, and she pushed me hard. Anytime fitness is always clean, and has 4 private bathrooms with showers - 2 each for men and women. I like that over community locker rooms. The personal trainers conduct boot camps and other classes, but they are not ongoing.... they seem to always have something going on however. read more

Out of towner trying to get in one leg workout and noticed 1/3 of the equipment I tried to use was broken from back supports on electric bikes to the cable on the hamstrings curl machine. Bathrooms disgusting. Very poor experience. read more

This is the nicest Anytime that I could've ever imagined working out in. There is more than enough space to accomplish any workout someone could want to do. A diverse range of equipment. The staff is great and you can tell they take care of this place. I only wish my home anytime fitness on the west side of Grand Forks was as nice and well maintained. read more

All machinery necessary for a full-body workout. Has individual room for stretching, yoga etc., a free weight section, strength machine area, and all core cardio machines. Bathrooms are individual and gendered with toilet, sink, and shower. And always open, of course. read more

Not sure which AF I am reviewing so I will review the one on North Broadway and the one in West Acres. Myra is awesome she runs the one on N Broadway. She is very helpful and always engaging folks. I have been training since the early 80s and I still learn from her trainers. West Acres location seems to be ran by a bunch of mental children. I came in and rode the stationary like 2 times and I sometimes watch Fox News. I am pretty sure the childish hispanic kid who told me he was a manager of some sort, blocked it the next time I was in on the TV. I got very odd stares from this kid like how dare you be a conservative or watch Fox News, utterly childish staff, this is not a hate free zone, the skinny kids screaming and yelling while trying to lift 50 lbs is pretty funny too. Myras location is nothing at all like that, they are mature adults, helpful and intelligent. I won't bother going back to West Acres and to this location. DO NOT SIGN UP AT THIS GYM!! over crowded, no one puts the dumb bells back and they ripped me off. I told them I DID NOT want a contract and they said they would set me up with the month to month price which costs more and I was ok with that. When I went to cancel it they said I was in a contract and I had to pay to get out of it. I was up there for temporary work and was moving back out of state. They then told me if I moved out of state I could cancel my contract as long as I proved my address change. Well when I moved back home they local anytime here informed me they fed me a bunch of bullshit and charged me for a month to month which about $10 more and still put me in a contract when they weren't supposed to and apparently that change of address stuff was a lie. Horrible gym and super over priced!! If I could give it negative stars I would. read more

I've been a member of many gyms in my life, Anytime has the best value, cleanest equipment, and lest wait times in the west valley.

Facility is clean and nice every time I come in. Equipment is clean and they have a fair amount of equipment to choose from when doing work outs. Only problem: My trainer that the training manager (Carl) assigned me to has made several passive aggressive remarks towards me and it seems like she doesn't care to be there every time I work out with her. The last time I had a session my trainer left half-way through my training session and left me alone to finish out my work-out. I am paying for a trainer so I don't want that trainer to just leave me alone. I am paying for 3 sessions a week (30 mins) and I haven't talked to my trainer in 2 weeks. This is ridiculous. I am going to switch to the South Moorhead location today to see if their trainers are any better. Not to mention that location is only a 2 second drive away and I pass it every time I go to this Fargo Anytime Fitness location. read more

0 Stars here!!!!! Maybe this is what you get when dealing with a franchise but this was honestly the absolute worst customer experience of all time! My dealings were with the regional manager, Micky (Whom manages all of Fargo, Mhd, Dilworth and Barnesville. I was new to Barnesville and seen there was an Anytime fitness there so I called to set up a time to stop in and check it out ( they are not staffed all hours) Micky was there training in a new manager at this location when i went in to see the set up. I was not planning on signing anything that day and expressed at least twice i would like to go home and discuss with my husband before signing a 12 or 18mth contract! I was not expecting the pressure sales that I recieved, but maybe it was due to her drivning to Barnesville and using me as a training session?? I about broke down in the middle of this ordeal again stating that I was really uncomfortable with signing an 18mth contract but in return was tag teamed about how its such a good deal and blah, blah, blah. I signed up the week before Thanksgiving during a special where you received one month free. At one point when I hesitated, Micky asked, "why would you wait, you get one month free" Come to find they ran the same special of a month free the following month. So I reluctantly signed up, also mind you never being offered a free 7 day trial. Come to find I did not like the treads and the fact that they done have the quick buttons for speed and incline. I was so unnerved from the that day from the high pressure sales and especially after finding they offered that same deal the next month but you also got a $80 or something free training. Then as I was looking up reviews, I see someone else complaining about not even knowing they were signing an 18mth contract and a rebuttal of "well you were given option of month to month and 18mths and you definitely should of known"...who knows what happened. So I messaged one of the anytime stores, ( all managed by Micky in the Fargo, Mhd, and Barnesville) and asked if they had a month to month after I was told there was no month to month. I was greeted with a reply on FB messenger saying " yes, when would you to come check us out"!? I was furious and replied with never, and explained everything i have stated here and how upset I was. The reply I was given was that they must have chosen the best plan for me since the month to month was $90. I explained how upset I was with my situation and needed to corporate manager. I was told someone from Barnesville would call me but NEVER GOT A CALL. I sent a question mark and again asked for corporate manager... NOTHING. About a week later I get a generic message about how I signed a contract and the need to uphold that and that's the same corporate will say. I replied that is not for you to tell me now please give a number for someone above Micky. We went back and forth with me asking whom I was speaking with and requesting a number for corporate! I NEVER GOT AN ANSWER ABOUT who I was speaking with during this whole process!!!!!!!!!!! She did send me a screenshot of a company that must handle there complaints called Self esteem and I called them and never got call back! Called the corporate number number and was told this was a franchise but I would get a call back from Mickys corporate manager or Micky, and AGAIN NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK! After messaging with this unknown person on fb I called the anytime in mhd that was messaging me and asked who in the heck is messaging me on FB!? My reply was, " oh that's Micky our regional manager"!!! Oh I was Livid!!!! Absolutely astonished by the rediculous customer service and way I was treated! This by far took the cake for the worst customer service I have ever encountered!!!!! This is a franchise with owners in CO, and if you have a problem there is absolutely nobody to here you! So I don't really have any complaints about the gym. I mean it's small, but you get what you pay for. I am beyond upset over the fact that I called multiple times before the end date to put a hold on my membership and they didn't get back to me until after it was too late so I had to pay another month. I get it was during the holidays, but then I finally got ahold of and was told the process of holding said membership and was said nothing about it being to late. Today I received an email stating that I called the wrong facility, but I called the same number twice and have been in system? They were EXTREMELY rude over the email. 10/10 would never go again. Moral of the story? Go somewhere else because it's ridiculous and frustrating to be berated like this. read more

Great trainers. Good size for a anytime. But that space wasted with crap hotel gym equipment. 9 months of workout being destroyed by crowded free weight area. With only one bench and no lat pull down. So yea I'm payin the extra 10$ and going to the YMCA that has a 24 hr gym also. read more

The wifi is horrible and you will get stuck there with there contract. If you ask how to get out they will just laugh at you and say 'well hun you cant just leave because you want to'. Completely rude and pushy. My name is not 'hun'. Dont get yourself stuck there! read more
