My minor teen went in inquiry information in November they signed her up for a free trial that day…read moreand the representative advised her to enter an incorrect birth year so they could put her in the system to try the gym. she did not stay long and then reached out asking to cancel the free trial. This did not happen and they billed her for a year membership and now Wendy has been sending text messages threatening to sue her. I have called multiple times and no success reaching a representative. I have also reach out to corporate which was a joke they are no help. I have finally resulted to filing a formal complaint within the Attorney Generals office Tim Griffin to have his office assist with getting this illegal contact with a minor Cancelled and the calls stopped that are going to my teen. Shame on Anytime fitness on massard for taking advantage of a teenager who just asked for a free trial to see if the gym was a right fit for her needs. Teens are Not of legal age to enter a legal binding contract for a reason. So that parents and guardians can help explain and then sign off should they see fit for any contract.

Contract details weren't clear, and when I tried to cancel in advance, they talked me out of it and said I should put my account on hold. When putting my account on hold, they did not inform me that it would be a $30 every month That it was on hold. When I finally realized three months later that they were charging me, I called to cancel. Then they hit me with a $100 cancellation fee. Just a heads-up for those considering their services!

Then tonight at 10:30PM, I start getting texts about how she canceled my husbands add on as a courtesy, but because it was the 2nd I had to pay again! Oh, and she has no record of me being there, BUT she canceled for me as a courtesy. How did she do that if there is no record of me coming to cancel? That doesn't make sense. This has been so mishandled. It took a month to get anywhere and then it's by text at 10:30PM. So unprofessional! I will dispute with my credit card company. Unfortunate!

Orangetheory Fitness, Fort Smith is the absolute best fitness program I've ever attended, and I…read morehave been a part of at least a dozen great workout programs. The workouts are tough but fun, a nice mix of fast-paced and slow lifting and recovery. The equipment is top-of-the-line (treadmills, water rowers, dumbbells, benches, resistance bands, bosu balls, and other assorted equipment). The coaches are highly-trained professional trainers who push and encourage us to do our best and beyond what we think we can achieve. I have been a member for a little over year and have surpassed every goal I have set for myself. I can't recommend this program enough.
