First off, the fact that they make you sign a contract that lasts 2 years is ridiculous. Secondly, I submitted a cancellation form at the end of my 2 year contract and was told I still needed to give them a 30 day notice in order to cancel. Thirdly, I submitted the cancellation form and was told I would be contacted soon by someone to finalize my cancellation. It's been over a month now and no one has reached out to me and no one has responded to my emails. And I was just charged again for another monthly payment also even though I canceled my membership! Absolutely ridiculous. Poorly run management. Terrible contract. Small facility. Don't waste your time here. Go to a real gym elsewhere. read more

It's a little pricey for a gym (hence the 4 stars), but the personal training was worth the price. Devon was absolutely incredible last year. He really was kind and just great to talk to. He was always open to giving tips and didn't go too crazy since I am a beginner. I lost some weight and felt good about myself. The gym is always clean, and it's a nice environment. I was always nervous going to the gym and being judged. So when I moved to the area I was excited to step out of my comfort zone because I figured no one knows me. Lol. So of course COVID ceased my plan to join sooner but as soon as I had the opportunity I joined . Could not be more happier Mike and his staff are so friendly and professional and treat me (and everyone) else like they known you forever. They are truly looking out for your best health interest. The gym is not that big, the only benefit was being able to work out 24/7 but even that is not worth all the drama I've been succumbed to since they don't have any other benefits. It's kind of hard to workout here without being on top of other people. The more the membership grows the less space there actually is which is not beneficial to the current members at all. I also had an issue with someone using my key fob without my permission and they threatened to cancel my membership but still took payments. When I called about it without them know who I was, I was told that they are not able to cancel memberships only the customers are so which is it? This place is a scam and shame on them for not only taking payments twice a month ($40 biweekly) but trying to threaten customers for a 'security breach' that they are unaware of. I originally wanted to come here because of the 24/7 option (I was a member at Planter fitness post pandemic) but after all the unnecessary drama I regret my decision. That's the last time I try to support a small gym in my area. After months of no charges to me, and my contract being finished, and no inquiry as to whether or not I would like to continue my membership with the gym during a global pandemic, they continue to charge me twice after I have flagrantly asked them to stop and issue a refund. I was also lied too about their ability to handle the financial side of the situation. They claimed they had nothing to do with it, and a company called ABC financial services controlled all of that. After calling abc financial, they explained to me that the actual site has control over stop payments and any refunds. This is one of the best fitness facilities I have ever been a member of. It is seriously like a family there. The owner, Mike Collazo makes himself available. Is approachable. Is helpful. I have been training one on one with him for more than a year. He has taken my performance to the next level. Everyone that works there is awesome. The facilities are spotless and cleaning goes on continuously especially during these Covid times. I have made wonderful friends and cannot say enough about it. I would HIGHLY recommend Anytime Fitness in Galloway and Mays Landing (same owner). read more

Good clean club. Excellent staff, always greeted when coming in. Personal training is 10/10.

The low star reviews are so petty. One, not one of the trainers are "out of shape", and they ESPECIALLY don't talk down to you. Two, what company let's you use someone else's benefits?! Costco, BJS, Sam's Club, etc doesn't let ppl use someone else card. Planet Fitness(which is probably the worst gym ever), does that when you pay EXTRA for it. I've been at this gym for over 2 years now and I couldn't be more at home. When I don't show up, the OWNER reaches out to me to make sure I'm ok. He doesn't text me. He calls from the business number. Anytime Fitness is the original JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE. You pay extra for security and to be safe. Way too many gyms allow creeps. This gym does not! I go in the middle of the night and I feel safe and I know no one is recording me or judging me. 3 bathrooms, 2 showers, lots of space to workout, great trainer rates, no red tape. Go to Anytime Fitness Galloway and Mays Landing. You won't regret it! read more
