It's been over a month now and no one has reached out to me and no one has responded to my emails. And I was just charged again for another monthly payment also even though I canceled my membership! Absolutely ridiculous. Poorly run management. Terrible contract. Small facility. Don't waste your time here. Go to a real gym elsewhere.

We have always worked out at this location anytime we visited the Island, and for the past few…read moreyears we saw a slow decline in the appearance of the facility. Last year we decided to train in AC due to the cleanliness of the gym, but the commute was an issue so when we discovered this location was under new ownership this year and we decided to give it a try. To our surprise, they did a great job cleaning up the place and rearranging the equipment. Not only was it cleaner, it was so much easier to navigate the weight room. They still need to update the locker rooms, fix the turf on the roof top and patch the drywall, but they are moving in the right direction. I could tell the new owners actually cared about the condition of the facility and took pride in the what they were doing. The equipment is more than satisfactory, but there are simple upgrades like new stretching mats that would make a huge difference. I look forward to returning next year to see what additional changes they make over the off-season.
