I always felt comfortable (and still do) being at this gym. It is always clean as well! :) there are bathrooms with a shower if you need them. Something I love about F45 is that the coaches are knowledgeable and really challenge me to improve, even when I need to modify exercises. I have never been much of a self-motivator when it comes to fitness, so this is a big plus for me. There are cardio days, strength days, and combo days - you can pick and choose which days work for you. I have really seen a difference in my fitness and my confidence since joining F45. I really enjoy going and will continue to keep up my membership!

Charlie and Joe are a great duo and for sure keep their classes joyful and energetic. I've been going to Sonic Boom for about 6 months now and I can't believe how much time I wasted at big brand gyms doing ineffective work outs. Before joining Sonic Boom I was getting pretty upset about a weight gain that kept on creeping up no matter how hard I tried to stop it. It was making my clothes uncomfortably tight and putting me in a bad mood all day. Fast forward to today and I'm back to what I weighed years ago, except now I'm stronger and my range of motion has greatly improved. The coaches have helped me every step of the way with chiseling away at my flexibility and introducing me to new lifts in a safe and non-intimating fashion. She showed me how to do the check in on my phone as well as if I wanted to use the i-Pad that is in the studio. (That was fine.) Many of the exercises were similar to when I did my trial class, so this was rather disappointing to see. There were only 2 other people in my class, so that wasn't bad. Some of the exercises needed modification, but I quickly figured out what needed to be done. One of the trainers even came over to tell me that I could do an exercise differently, but nothing that would have injured myself.
