It is small, but has most everything we need. The equipment is newer and clean unlike other gyms near by. We also love the fact that it's not overly crowded so we can get in, do what we have to do, and get out. I guess it depends on what you're looking for in a gym, but this one suits us best!

People lose jobs, get injured, move, or face unexpected circumstances, and locking someone into such a rigid agreement doesn't leave room for real life. As a business owner in Morgan Hill, I hear feedback from a lot of people in the community and a ton of my own clients have experienced the very same struggle of trying to cancel with your gym. Many of them share the same frustration, and it's clear this policy has already cost your business countless members. I truly believe there should be an easier, more flexible way for members to sign up and also to cancel when necessary. Health and fitness should be about supporting people through life changes, not penalizing them for circumstances beyond their control. I hope your company will take this feedback seriously and consider creating more member-friendly options in the future. A policy that balances structure with compassion would go a long way in showing you care about your members, not just the contract.
