Coach Mehdi is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to nutrition, and has helped me achieve my goals while being pescatarian & dairy free. Coach Brandon's morning class is absolutely amazing! He encourages you to push yourself each class, and teaches you the proper forms & techniques to ensure no injuries. It is small, but has most everything we need. The equipment is newer and clean unlike other gyms near by. We also love the fact that it's not overly crowded so we can get in, do what we have to do, and get out. I guess it depends on what you're looking for in a gym, but this one suits us best!

The downside is the hours are not as open as a commercial gym in the early AM.

I have been training with Aaron since 2015…read more I was coming off 4 ACL related surgeries on both knees with severe muscle atrophy. Walking was painful when I started. Aaron helped me understand the physiology of the body and helped adapt my training to my circumstances. He coached me to slowly build up my muscle groups and strength bit by bit. He emphasized on correct form and guided me on variations depending on how the state of the body on any given day. Thanks to him, I am now able to do cardio intensive exercises and can make adjustments to different types of exercises based on the body state. I have trained with 4 trainers over the last two decades, he is the best one for his knowledge and his ability to coach. Highly recommend him !
