I felt like I didn't want to waste time so I decided to go find an employee. When I did I got the attention of some guy who listened to my story about how the scanner wasn't working. And that I knew it wasn't a a card or membership problem. It was the scanner, I watched other girls try to get in as well. No one could. This guy made me scan my membership so he could check that I pay for this. It worked and then asked what the problem is and I explained the entire situation and then he said oh that sounds like a problem you need help and you can go ask that girl to help you. I was shocked and a little mad. He took no responsibility to help me or even explain to the next employee what needed to happen. I got the female employee to help me but I was so mad with this the male. It was not good. He wasted like 15 mins of my time. In total of explaining and waiting for the door to be open I think it wasted 25 mins of my night. I was not okay with this.

To put it into perspective, if I were a potential new member taking a tour for the first time, I would likely assume the membership fee should be closer to $10-15 a month based on the current condition and amenities. I'm sharing this feedback because I genuinely believe this gym has great potential. For an extremely reasonable monthly fee (which is even cheaper if you pay annually), you get to take as many classes as you want. Three-four different classes are offered a week in varying locations. Andrew was so great with my dog, and was calm and helpful. My dog improved dramatically overnight (she is mainly just overly excited to see other dogs). Types of classes currently include Canine Good Citizen test prep, open practice, trick training, and pack walks. So far the class size has been small, which is great.

They are also really patient and willing to talk about any questions or concerns you have. At the end of the day, they always send you home with training tips and exercises to work on at home for consistency. During the day, the dogs get a good balance of training, playing, and socializing so they don't get overwhelmed or bored.
