We started using Wasatch Canine for the classes, and they were good. The socializations on Saturday…read morehave also been a really positive experience, and great for our dog. So we trusted them enough and decided to board our dog there for a week. Unfortunately, the experience was much worse. If we texted them for an update, they would respond and tell us how he was doing, but they never sent any photos. That wasn't too big of a deal. When we went to pick him up though, the employee told us he had an accident in his kennel that morning but that they hadn't had time to clean it up yet. This was strange since he had never had an accident in his kennel before, which suggested that he was either kept in for too long or under extreme stress. But when they brought him out, his paws and legs were wet with urine, and he was covered in dried feces. If the accident had just happened, why was everything dried and stuck to his fur? His body language clearly showed that he was distressed, and we are furious that they returned our dog in this state. Of course, we had to bathe him as soon as we got home and then shower ourselves because it got all over us. It's safe to say we do not recommend boarding your dog here.

Paid multiple thousand dollars and had him stay there for a few weeks. He was not crate trained even a little bit when we got him back. We followed all of their instructions to a T. When we brought up our concerns with his training issues they told us to let him "whine it out". We tried and he screamed for 9 hours straight. When we contacted them about this they told us he must not be the right dog for us. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!
