I came to Karve wanting to be more toned, become strong but not bulky, get better posture, and to have a workout that challenges me without being high-impact or rough on my joints. We did a trio class with Lindsay and boy did she jump right in. We started with the chair and it was challenging but felt good. We didn't do too much on the reformer but did enough to test it out. She was attentive to each of us (who had different levels or adjustments needed) and was constantly providing adjustments. It was a fulfilling hour-long class that made us want more (really! We wanted to see if we could squeeze it into our trip again on our remaining days) The space was clean and beautiful with heated floors and nice facilities. They kept trying to contact me to signup for a membership, and even wanted me to confirm that I'm coming to my class even after signing my waiver. It was a little too much and overwhelming for me. Their price is around $200/month for unlimited Pilates. They also offer other options for payment. One which is $89 for 4 classes. Also, don't forget your initial enrolment fee that costs like $140?! I'd say this is quite expensive as a workout, but if you're really invested in Pilates, it might be worth it!

It's cute and clean with large windows and natural bright lighting. There are storage caddies to place your personal belongings into; 8 reformers; water filter system; and grip socks/items for sell near another door entrance. The restroom is in the same building, but outside of the studio. You need the key to get inside of the restroom. Ask the instructor for the key. The instructor, Anna, was super helpful and nice. She made sure my movements and postures were correct, which is exactly what I needed for an effective workout. I felt energized and good after the workout, so I look forward to coming back again.
