Come from a small town who has a great anytime fitness gym. Thought the one in a bigger city would be bigger and better.. but NOPE! Small suffocating place with hardly any equipment, bars, dumbbells, etc.. was highly disappointed! I have the membership & was told I could use my key at any AF gym.. but couldn't even get half my workouts done because there was no equipment that other gyms have & barely have any dumbbells. Machines are easy to use. Gym is clean. The manager is really friendly.

Gym has good operating hours and price (thus the name "anytime fitness"), but don't choose this one if you want to deadlift heavy or do any kind of Olympic lifting (clean and jerk or snatch). Older members don't like lifting they aren't used to and workers don't want weight dropped. Management didn't respond well when I was harassed by a member and a worker. Story time: I asked before ever joining and a worker told me I could drop weight from overhead, so I joined thinking I could do Olympic lifting. Later I was told I couldn't. A non worker came up to me once and yelled at me and tried to intimidate me to stop lifting (though he wouldn't show me what I was doing wrong or how to change it). What he did was explicitly against the contract we signed. Management said he shouldn't have done that but effectively took his side. I felt pushed out of the gym for doing what I was initially told I could do. Gym also has very limited barbels and benches. It's on the small side. read more

The elliptical machines seem to not work most of the time. That's why I bought the membership.

Pretty average gym. Super small and incredibly expensive. If you're looking for a gym in Rexburg drive 30 minutes to Idaho Falls and go to Golds Gym or Planet fitness. Bodifi is okay, much bigger than this but they are notorious for not cancelling contracts and that sucks. Idk. Hoping the school gym opens eventually. read more

Excellent gym, it's got everything you need. I only went a few times while in town. I purchased a $10 day pass each time. Was never crowded when I was there. Would be nice to be a member with 24 hour access, but as a day passer I had to get there within office business hours. read more

I love working out at Anytime Fitness because I travel a lot and no matter where I am in the nation I can find one and work out. The Anytime Fitness in Rexburg just moved to a nicer bigger location in the same parking lot is a great location and easy to get into and out of. The gym is super clean and brand new and the equipment is up-to-date. The owner is easy to get a long with and is always looking at ways to improve the gym. It's also a gym your spouse can go to and not feel like there are "meat heads" or "tools" grunting and flexing their muscles and making you feel uncomfortable. It's more of a family friendly atmosphere. The only downside if any is there is no day care but if you love the gym you will find a way to make it work. I would highly recommend considering this gym. Prices are competitive, and with thousands of locations nationwide that you can use anytime day or night you can't beat the convenience. read more

This is the best gym around. I'm a student and the school gym is getting too crowded. World gym is kind of outdated and the anytime is the best. It's a smaller gym but it's got everything that you need. Perfect too because it's open all the time. New equipment and never busy. read more

This place is great. I have had a memberships to both worlds gym and anytime fitness And I by far prefer anytime fitness. They both have a great equipment But what I like about anytime fitness is the atmosphere i feel like world's gym is just a giant meat market And like the gym at Byui it is alway crowded. Being able to go to any, anytime fitness is a huge plus too. read more

I have been a member at worlds gym, golds and snap and Anytime has been my favorite place of them all. Best atmosphere here in Rexburg by far when it comes to gyms. Most Anytime's usually don't have a lot of free weights and are more geared towards machines but Mike there has set the gym up awesome! read more

The manager on duty/ owner is very rude. Often do I find equipment dirty. The sanitizer refills are always empty. They only have one of lifting machines. They don't have straight bars to lift with! Only the curvy ones. The machine where u change the weights some of the clasp to change are broken. read more
