Thanks We have a two year contract with this gym and per the contract they are supposed to auto charge us on the 6th and 21st of the month. They consistently charge us days early or late and sometimes they double charge us. This month they charged us on the 10th, than again on the 15th and again today on the 24th. This is not the first time. Doesn't matter how nice the facilities are If they can't do something as simple as charging us correctly on the correct days.

You have to go to this other business nearby, Madison Homeroom or something like that, and pay for your key. They don't open until 10 AM, whereas the gym opens at 5 AM. Plan accordingly. Once you do that, you're golden. The equipment is servicable, and though the space is small, I was never crowded out.

Drop in was only $10 and it was good until midnight. So if I wanted a two a day session, that would have worked. That's pretty cool. I've never been to a Golds so I'm not too familiar with the basics of each facility. This gym was huge. They could have easily fit more equipment in there, which I think they should. I only saw 3 benches and only one was not an adjustable incline. The incline benches are too tall for me, so I'm glad no one was using the one I needed. Pulleys and free weights we're in great shape, not battered. I appreciated having solid benches. Some places I go to are wiggly and it makes for an interesting inclinded overhead press. Anywho.... Thanks for being there Gold's and thanks for the easy and cheap dropping in! Next time in town I'll stop in. It's good to know there's options when you don't want to take time off from training.
