If you are considering this place I suggest you be very careful to fully understand the fine print before you sign up. Personally I do not recommend it.

The virtual trainers, offer 3 skill level options, you are required to spend extra on the mat and towel, to maintain safe footing in saunas, Cubbies at each sauna, keeps the 'no shoes' organized and orderly, Hotworx is Clean, cleaning wipes available at each corner of the gym. The manager told me it's being taken care of, but after a whole month, I was still charged the regular price. Now I'm moving and cancellation seems tricky. Apparently, you can only sign up at the studio but you CANNOT cancel your membership at the studio in person. They won't give you the cancellation form; instead you have to email the studio manager asking for the paperwork. I did, but so far no reply to my email. I'll give it 48 hours to see if she will ever reply to me. It's a bit aggravating. If you can join in and complete the paperwork in person, what on earth is preventing them from allowing you to cancel the membership and complete the paperwork in person? None other than making it difficult for you to cancel. Overall, it's a solid place. I love the classes and really like the coaches, especially coach Ashley.

That said, I haven't had any bad experiences at this location. It's definitely smaller, so when it's busy, it can be a little harder to move around or access certain equipment. However, everyone I've encountered has been kind and respectful, which makes a big difference. It also seems a bit cleaner than the other location--possibly due to its size and easier upkeep. When working out with a small group, the more compact layout actually makes things feel a bit cozier and more connected. ! I like the mirrors ... Lol but I can see how it can be hard for people to use the restroom/ shower because it's only 4 stalls and the toilets are in with the shower. I have used Planet Fitness in different states and in varying capacities. However this experience…read morewas very unusual. I cancelled my membership June 2025. After reviewing bank statements, I noticed charges and reached out to have the matter resolved. Instead of the club resolving the matter promptly, the staff has disconnected several phone calls while "reviewing my account", provided no follow up, and have been extremely rude. I decided to go directly to the gym and speak with the General Manager, Arnika Brown who claimed to have been attending a conference call. Upon our arrival, the front desk staff offered my husband and I a seat and we politely declined, understanding that there would be a wait. As we chatted amongst ourselves, the front desk staff called me to the desk stating that Arnika wanted to speak with me, (mind you she is in a "conference"). When I said hello, Arnika immediately demanded that we took a seat as she is dealing with business tasks and would assist me soon. Again, I politely declined and stated we would patiently wait. Arnika became hostile requesting that we leave the premises, instructing the front desk staff to contact local law enforcement. To avoid becoming more frustrated and more delays, we simply left the facility. The way we were treated as local business owners and leaders in our community left a sour taste in our mouth and we encourage everyone to gym elsewhere to avoid the poor quality of people operating this facility. Understanding policy and law, we have done everything within our power to resolve the issue and have not been met with the same level of professionalism or respect. Kudo's to the assistant general manager, Kayla who seems to have the emotional and professional capacity to be the general manager. In my opinion, the staff should be replaced immediately and their should be more support to address these matters.
