Excellent service! Our garage door opener just broke this morning and this company sent out 2 service men to fix it this afternoon. They offered us the cheapest option which would've involved ordering the replacement part and replacing it ourselves which we would've considered except that our opener is already 17 yrs old. Knowing our opener was probably reaching the end of its life, we chose to go the more expensive route of having them install a different/higher quality brand new unit which they said would be quieter and more durable with easier-to-replace parts. The belt-driven opener is definitely much quieter than our previous Genie. So far, I've been able to connect the unit to my car and my phone very easily - which is saying something since I'm not a techie person. We highly recommend this company! read more

Garage door spring broke, so I googled and found Anytime Garage Door repair. They came out the next day and we're gonna fix the spring for the quoted amount. However, I decided to do a full service option that replaced the drums, cables and rollers. I even had Aaron replace the nearly 20 year old motor. Aaron explained everything to me and did the job quickly, efficiently, and even worked around spacing issues to make everything fit. I'm extremely happy because the door works, the rollers don't make horrible screeching sounds, and the motor is so much quieter. Our bedroom is above the garage, so this is an amazing improvement. I would highly recommend Anytime Garage Door Repair. Called on a Saturday morning, and they were here within 90 minutes to fix my garage door. Needed a new system, and they had several to choose from. Were very good with explaining the options and cost of each. Both technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. I read a couple of the other reviews here beforehand, and wasn't sure what to expect (some good and a few bad). But I was very pleased with the service and the technicians. I called them the first time at 3:00pm on a Friday and they came out Saturday morning at 9:00am. Josh was the technician and he did an amazing job. Another tech Hunter stopped by to lend a hand because my opener was broke as well on the inside. 15 minutes later he was back from the shop with a new part and everything was fixed perfect. Both techs were friendly, efficient, and honest. I was so impressed with the job and the service that I hired them to come back a couple days later and install a new opener for me. I had a jammed garage door. Called Anytime GDR and set up an appointment for the next day. They gave me a choice of several two-hour windows and I chose an early one. They were running ahead of schedule and called me to verify it was ok to show up. My fix turned out to be very simple (a mis-aligned upper edge). I was was charged a very reasonable fee ($85). and they spent time showing me what was wrong, how to fix it in the future, and how to maintain the various parts of the garage door to prevent future problems. Until our spring broke and the technician came out I had no idea that there is routine maintenance needed for a garage door and opener. The technician explained everything very well and clear. In the technician had our door up and running in about 40 minutes. It was a little bit more than what I had expected to spend, but with the way he explained everything I now know that it needed to be done and boy does it show. Answered my questions and gave me some tips on maintenance, even showed me how I could install new rollers (will need to do so in a couple years) myself and save some money.
