Anytime Garage Door has a couple offices in the Bi-State area and I used their location in, Godfrey Illinois. Their office is just about 1 1/2 miles from my home and neighbors highly recommended them. My garage opener had been making some noises and finally the chain snapped. I called Anytime and they were able to get me scheduled the next day. My appointment was later in the day and life happens. The appointment before me was taking longer and they called to let me know and reschedule me. My life is flexible, so I took the first appointment for that Friday. That morning, I got a courtesy call letting me know that they were on the way and that Jacob would be my tech. When he arrived, he introduced himself and shook my hand (that is something you don't see everyday). We went into the garage, he saw how old my opener was (20 years) and explained my options. He went into great detail on the differences between the different openers. I asked a few questions and he answered in layman's terms that someone like me could comprehend. I made my choice and he said it would take about an hour to install. I'm one of those peps, I looked at my watch. When he was finished, it was an hour, almost to the minute. He cleaned up after himself and you couldn't even tell that work had been done in my garage. I love my new LiftMaster garage door opener. It is quiet and runs smoothly, like a soft close drawer. I called to get a price to put up new garage door openers on new construction and I already had the openers purchased. They said they would have to come out to look at it and give an estimate which was weird and unnecessary given others did not require that. Upon coming to look at it, the tech said the garage door springs were no good and would need replaced and proceeded to call a coworker and put him on speaker phone to continue the attempted up sale. They wanted to replace torsion springs on a brand new garage door install. Classic bait and switch attempt and I did not use them. A subsequent inspection by another garage door company said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the garage doors. I will never use this place for my garage doors. read more

Cost about $1200 for two new springs, new rollers, a couple hinges, in addition to troubleshooting a faulty wall button. Job took about 2-3 hours. Had some trouble with the wall button the next day again, and technician came out and rewired the wall button at no cost, which I appreciated. read more

Homeowners worst nightmare - the garage door won't open. I tried a few things to fix it, but couldn't. Called several places but got the quckest response from Anytime. Better still, they give free estimates and don't add a service charge to their repairs. They sent Dan out to take a look. He was VERY polite and professional, explained what the problem was (in terms I could understand) and told me what it would take to fix it. Turned out the side cables were loose, and the spring needed to be retensioned. He took care of everything, and the door is back to being 100% functional. On December 23rd my garage door came off the track and we couldn't close it. On Christmas Eve I tried unsuccessfully to get someone to come out. One company even set up an appointment for that afternoon then canceled because of the extreme cold. I was fortunate to find Anytime Garage Door. They came out as soon as they could and were able to get the door fixed. I decided to have them come back next week to install a new door.
