But the last TWO contractors I hired for garage installation took all my money and vanished. I was beside myself. I called all these places trying to find someone to help me, and not only did Bill come out that very day, he actually started the job immediately and finished it within the next 24 hours!! After being strung along by other contractors for SIX MONTHS ("oh, the weather isn't good for working on garages" or "oh maybe there is a missing part and I can't do it") I was shocked by how competent and quickly Bill got this job done and for a very reasonable price. In fact he had to rip out the work done by the previous two contractors. I really wish I had found Fowler Garage Door Service from the very beginning. If I had 12 more garage doors, I would hire Bill to do all 12 of them. He stated to go home and charge it, if it does not charge he would bring back the charger and we can go from there. Needless to my tablet is charging just fine, a little slow but charging. My garage door was making rattling and popping noises in November so I called overhead garage door…read morecompany to service it. I didn't follow him around and he was here about 30 minutes then the door seemed quieter when he left. In the meantime I've noticed the door would open unevenly with the left side lifting higher for a little bit then the right but it eventually opened . As time went on that was followed by a certain popping sounds so I called overhead garage door last week monday. A man came out and he was here a solid hour and I checked on him often. Offering him water and asking him how it's going and he seem to be very busy and efficient. Two days later my garage door made a huge popping sound and the top panel was hanging over my vehicles. One wheel had popped out completely and shot across the garage thankfully not hitting my vintage car I just painted but the garage door couldn't be moved. I had plans that day but still I called them and they came out and a third started the repair. Eventually he told me that the garage door was too light for the spring it had on it and he had to put weighted bottom frames underneath each panel. After he did that he told me the rod underneath the spring was broken and you'd have to replace that. I asked him why the first two guys I had out didn't know any of that and he said well there are different levels of experience. If I'd have been out here in November that have been fixed the first time. Which left me to wonder if this gentleman come out the first time would i had not needed the rod replaced. He said all I'll say is if I had to come out the first time you wouldn't have to call back two more times. I've never used this company before but all I can say is if you want to use them make sure you ask for the most experienced technician they got . Definitely save a lot of time and money if nothing else.

I called Anytime and they were able to get me scheduled the next day. My appointment was later in the day and life happens. The appointment before me was taking longer and they called to let me know and reschedule me. My life is flexible, so I took the first appointment for that Friday. That morning, I got a courtesy call letting me know that they were on the way and that Jacob would be my tech. When he arrived, he introduced himself and shook my hand (that is something you don't see everyday). We went into the garage, he saw how old my opener was (20 years) and explained my options. He went into great detail on the differences between the different openers. I asked a few questions and he answered in layman's terms that someone like me could comprehend. I made my choice and he said it would take about an hour to install. I'm one of those peps, I looked at my watch. When he was finished, it was an hour, almost to the minute. He cleaned up after himself and you couldn't even tell that work had been done in my garage. I love my new LiftMaster garage door opener. It is quiet and runs smoothly, like a soft close drawer. (little annoying the "remeasure tech" was HOURS late but whatever) Got a call mid February, doors are here, we'll be there 02/24 to install. Again, great, fine. They show up, on time, said they wanted to re-measure to make sure everything was to spec. Um, ok - why wouldn't it be? They ripped off all of my door trim/casing and sat in their trucks for *90 MINUTES* without a word. Came back: "we have a problem". The brickmold is a quarter inch off - the manufacturer (ProVia) has a software problem and even though we gave them the correct measurements... blah blah, whatever. So, wait two weeks to get the corrected brickmold. Fine, stuff happens. 03/05! Called them 03/06. Guess what? STILL WRONG! No apologies, no anything. Wait two more weeks, no biggie, this is the way stuff works. March 20 it is! NOPE! March 16 and get an email that the manufacturers internet is down. No idea what that has to do with anything... how many times can you fail a customer and just tell them to wait two more weeks? Anyway, now I'm scheduled for April! Of what year I have no idea. Pathetic.

Very poor customer communication or work to get new customers !!!! I should NOT have to work this hard and spend this much time trying to get a company to respond and maybe give them our business !!!!
