This guy is a scam artist. Call two other people before you call him. I used him once in the past. He offered me a lower price if I gave him a five-star review. He then told me what to say while he watched me type it before he would leave my house. I felt very uncomfortable. Most recently I lost my keys and needed to change my lock. I forgot I used him in the past and found him again on yelp. He quoted me a price six times higher than the locksmith who came the same day and replaced my lock. Told me I needed to replace all my hardware and could not rekey the lock. The actual locksmith came and rekeyed with no problem. This guy is just scamming and manipulating 5-star reviews. We live in a 21 condo community, majority of owners have problems with our old front door locks. Something very remarkable about calling a locksmith that was never brought to my attention, but ELI was very cautious and shrewd about who he just rescues or changes the locks for even in an ongoing complex situation. My mother's health issues and passing this last summer was a dramatic, unexpected occurrence. In the meantime, any of my mother's "helpers" past and present along with other certain individuals had a copy of her key. My sister and I wouldn't be able to keep track. We decided to change the lock to her home and call "Anytime Locksmith" as she was passing away. Eli determined the lock was not secure after his important inquiries before he started the job and sold us on installing a "smart lock" program that helped to make sure this system worked remotely from my iPhone. I'm not that High-Tec, so I appreciated Eli's professionalism and his helping me practice how to use it all the while educating me about lock smithery. The front door was also of very solid wood and didn't close all the way, and he knew how to deftly align the digital system according to the irregularity of the massive front door. Eli was a huge help after losing my house key on a walk and getting locked out of my house. This happened on a busy Sunday for them, and he offered to come out himself since his technicians were busy. After sending him some info he requested about the lock, he pointed out that the type of deadbolt I have is custom and may need to be drilled through and replaced. He asked about any other access options for the house since he didn't want to damage the lock if he didn't have to. Since there weren't other options, I ended up deciding to retrace my steps from my long walk before asking Eli to come out, and miraculously found the lost key. Even though I got lucky for an unlucky situation and Eli didn't end up needing to come out, just knowing Eli was available to help gave me tremendous peace of mind.
