Went ahead and arranged the appointment. Armando came on time and did the initial inspection. Started outside the house and saw some dry subterranean tunnels but no active termites. Inspected inside the house and did not see any sign of termite. Confirmed that the hole was termite related. Armando took the time to explain what's going on and what services they offer. We agreed to get it addressed right away and also bought the termite protection around the house. They will monitor the house if there are any active termites that starts eating the poison.
