I used this company and apparently he doesn't like when someone has questions. After my cage was removed he blocked my number. Billy was the service guy. He'll try to over sell you other services during his visit. But this is not the reason I left them 1 star feedback. After the service, I asked Billy 10 times in email and text for the receipt he promised me. Finally, I got it after I said I'll leave them negative feedback if I don't. It took me a month and half to get my receipt. After 5 months of the service, same honeybee came again. In the receipt as we agreed, I got 2 years warranty. So I emailed Billy to come to re-treat it. He replied my email in 5 minutes asking for original receipt and picture, fair enough, I emailed him same day. Then, I never heard back from Billy again after 4 repeat emails and not returning my phone calls neither. Not trustworthy. read more

This is a repost of my google review on the same business. Update: so far, I have not received any updates from the owner of the business Billy to fix the broken ceiling. The trash is still in front of my property. I see lots of great reviews here and also on Yelp. But my experience is drastically different and quite the opposite. I will give zero stars instead of one if given the choice by Google review Overall, it is an extremely bad experience. After the initial pest control, rat, The attic cleaning and insulation guys Billy sent and referred are jokes. They were extremely hanging over at the least if not on something illegal. They were 2 hours late for the scheduled time and went to sleep in their truck after 10 minutes inspecting the attic. Then an employee of Billy's broke my ceiling because he stepped on the drywall directly. I understand it happens sometimes. But Billy never followed up diligently to fix the problem. All he did was saying he will pay for the cost of repair which is not quite helpful and can not be trusted. Because his employee left the trash in front of my door last Friday. He said he will take care of it last Friday and then promised again for Monday, but it is Tuesday now and it is still here. Billy just wasted too much trust and goodwill and never delivered. read more

I was provided pest control, termite and more. I researched the company and read the reviews. The job begin with raccoons in the attic and wasps. This project spanned to a longer journey than I expected, but I must say the service was excellent. The company is still working to complete the projects. While I was not prepared to conduct such an extensive process - it was needed for both houses. The customer service was impeccable. I will write another review when the projects are complete. I have been using Pest Roper's services for over a year now and I will never be switching pest service companies! Let me begin by saying that nobody wants bugs in there home, let alone the thought of paying for a company to handle the situation! Having said that, I always follow the "one ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" saying and am beyond pleased with my decision to use Pest Roper when it comes to bugs. They are extremely professional and if you don't catch them on the phone, they will always get back to you by the end of that business day. Their services offered are so much more comprehensive and cost effective than any of the major services. They all know what they're doing and take a tremendous amount of pride in their work. I found Pest Roper through Thumbtack and went with them based on two things: 1.) they were highly rated by many folks 2.) they immediately messaged me back and scheduled an appointment for an estimate the very next day. We had rats in our attic so time was of the essence. Billy let me know they weren't the lowest price in town, which is true --- it was an expensive job. We called Pest Roper after hearing noises in our attic. They were able to come and inspect our property the morning after we called them. They found that we had a rat infestation in our attic, and they promptly set down traps and and blocked the critters entry/exit points into our home. They were very thorough, and also diagnosed us with a termite infestation on a subsequent inspection. They are competent and on the ball! I just want to say I was very impressed with the level of professionalism of this company! When I called I spoke with Sharon in the the office and told her that we were hearing noises at night. She had Billy come out the next day, and he quickly identified we had a rat problem. He gave me a very reasonable quote. Since it was more than a couple of hundred dollars I had a couple other estimates. Pest Roper was the best price by far. When I called Sharon to schedule the service I was kind of panicking because my in-laws were coming for the holidays, and I did not want them know that we had rats. It's embarrassing. Billy put my mind at ease when he told me it's a very common issue and it's nothing that we did to cause it. He and his technician began filling up all of the entry points and set rat traps in the Attic. They came back the next day and removed 16 rats. Once all of the rats were gone they sanitize the Attic which gave me peace of mind , because my three-year-old has severe allergies. When it was all said and done we caught 24 rats.
