Had Anytime Time Plumbing to come out because while taking a shower, the toilet began with a curling and tub was backing up. They came 2x first time $275 and second time $575 (-$20) then 4 months later same story. Now2 months later same problem the $239 and now a week later had call some one else, but plumber told me it's go happen again. At which will need to call the city. Anytime plumbing had said something re a camera, but didn't use one. I'm out almost a $1 k and can't get not satisfaction. read more

Now days that is rare when dealing with companies but not at Anytime Plumbing. Used to like them. I asked them if they flush hot water heaters which is what plumbers do. They said no. Today I have a plumbing emergency involving water draining from my since into my dishwasher filling it up and causing. leak. They said it was an appliance issue. I called someone who worked on my dishwasher several times who told me it was a plumbing issue. Contacted another plumbing company that fixed the issue. You can call them anytime but they won't help you anytime...go figure. read more

I called Anytime Plumbing on Sunday July 26th. I had a clogged toilet that caused sewer water to back into my shower. I found out from them that this means there is a backup in the main line. Excellent, fast service at a reasonable price. We had a toilet back up on our second day in our new home. We called Anytime and they came out within an hour. Dana was polite, provided excellent service and educated us about our fixtures and options to upgrade our plumbing in addition to fixing the back up. I've used this team 3 times already and I just scheduled a third tomorrow with a follow up in the future. My wife and I bought our home 4 years ago and between fixing a toilet, upgrading piping and replacing a kitchen sink faucet, we've been very happy with the prompt timeliness and good service delivered each time. The last time the team was out was 3/31 to help find where we had a leak coming from. It took two minutes for Dana to find that the leak was coming from the dishwasher and the extent of the damage. Now 2+ months later after having the entire kitchen redone in areas, we've called for Dana to come back and prep (detach our current kitchen sink) for our new countertops to come in and also reconnect everything (sinks, garbage disposal and new dishwasher) once the new countertops are laid in place. I cannot express how grateful I am for the team at Anytime Plumbing. The responded immediately to a desparate call from me on a Friday afternoon, the weekend before the Thanksgiving holiday and had Dana at my house within an hour. I was to leave for vacation the following morning. Dana showed up with a smile and immediately began to diagnose the issue. He was kind to me and to my 5 pups and I knew, based on the pups behavior in his presence, that he was a kind and trustworthy man. It was around 8 pm when my tankless hot water heater was beeping..and no hot water. I have a newborn so i was desperate to get it working again. Unfortunately, there was a tornado warning in the Richmond area that day (2/24/2016), so none of the plumbers were available, esp since it's also after hours. I called Any Time Emergency Plumbing and the person who picked up the phone helped me troubleshoot the issue on the phone (free of charge). I was able to get the hot water working again. Not only did they save me a couple of hundred dollars, but it also shows that he is very knowledgeable. He was willing to spend time helping me trouble shoot the issue, even though it was not a paid service. This shows a lot about his character! Best service I have had from a plumber and it was on a Saturday evening non the less. I usually don't call a plumber unless it's something I can't fix on my own or an emergency. After noticing a large leak from above a downstairs bathroom I discovered a serious problem upstairs under a sink. I was unable to repair on my own and immediately called Illya.
