We use them to maintain our Lakeside property, and in the one or two times they were too busy to meet my rushed/panicked (i.e. "I need to locate, pump, and inspect this tank today for escrow") schedule, they still were able and willing to help me with information from the county or simply from memory ("Yeah, dad remembers that one. Anytime septic just finished pumping my tank. Dan pointed out that the wall between the solids tank and liquid tank needs to be re-enforced. This is the reason the filter has been clogged and has to be serviced every 4 months rather than once a year. They are coming back Thursday to take care of it.
