Adam, along with Chris Bennett and Tom, came out early in the week to inspect a blockage in our septic system and clearly explained what needed to be done. By Friday they had already delivered the excavator, and Saturday morning Julio and Antonio got to work right away. They quickly located the issue, installed new leach lines, connected the piping, and restored the area when they were finished. What really impressed us was that the entire job was completed in one day, and the finished area looked great. We were actually out of town during the repair, but the team kept us updated throughout the process which gave us a lot of confidence. This is my second review of this company, EZ Flow-Poway. Easy Flow previously performed the outside sewer pipe lining from our home to the city main drain. They did such a great job that we contacted them again. This second project involved pipe lining the sewer lines inside/under our 60+ year-old home. Once again we were very pleased. It was a three day project and involved a lot of equipment being brought in and out of the house. The team was always careful not to damage floors and walls, to work around our daily routines, and still work efficiently. As expected, surprises occurred and problems needed to be resolved. I was concerned I had a leaking water or sewer pipe in my front yard as I had a large amount of fungi growing near/over the water pipe and an old tree trunk. Nemo from E-Z Flow arrived within the allotted time and checked all possible areas where there might be water or sewer leakage. He even dug up the fungi area to see if there was sewer leakage. If I wrote all about how great Easy Flow is, you would not believe it. I have owned my home since 1978 and had too many plumbers and other service people here. But Easy Flow was way beyond any of them as to competency, efficiency, even comradery among their team members. As opposed to many other service people, I had complete confidence in them. They each took pride in their work - they are not just employees doing a job. And Chris Bennett, the job manager, was beyond competent - brilliant. I had a main line sewer blockage, with several others providing estimates. Chris Bennett was the only one who could accurately locate the problem (it was too deep for cameras/tracking to function). It was as if he was the mentor and the others' representatives were students. And they fixed the main sewer line problem on time, completely and cleaned up the area. I have hired Easy Flow for two major jobs now and they are the absolute best. Chris is a super knowledgeable manager and his crew is extremely efficient. They dug out old cast iron in the slab of my rental unit and replaced all the connections with ABS, then descaled and put an epoxy liner in the remaining cast iron, and added cleanouts. They have the best liner technology for any job. Then they did the same at my dad's house. We were having backup issues on both systems before and thankfully those are now a thing of the past! He spent a ton of time with me at the initial appointment showing me exactly what the problems were through a high tech camera which was able to reach all the way to the lateral. He then reviewed what was to be done the morning of the work. His employees were knowledgeable, respectful and no messing around. I have a very unique situation in that my main drain line goes down away from my property out to the street below me at 150+ feet. I've had numerous back ups in the past couple of years due to roots, and various other factors. I called five different plumbers in our area about getting our main sewer pipe cleaned and lined. Bill was the ONLY one who responded. He was here the SAME DAY and gave us an estimate ON THE SPOT. His crew was here on time the day we were ready for them. They lined the path from our front door to the back bathroom with a sturdy covering, cleaned the entire sewer pipe, lined it from the septic to the front bath cleanout, poured the concrete and smoothed it nice and level, then cleaned everything up with a broom and a vacuum, leaving my house as clean as it was when they walked in. I am so blown away by the levelmof customer service we experienced with Easy Flow. I am someone who tends to be loyal to companies I have used in the past and I thought I already had a reliable plumbing company. Well it turns out that Tom and his team at Easy Flow are above and beyond amazing when it comes to meeting customers where they are at. We have a mid century modern home that comes with midcentury old plumbing. We were pretty sure the pipes were shot but I was completely bothered by the ridiculous quotes and proposals other companies had. Tom's quote was the best value out of the two of other quotes we obtained. Tom's quote was tied to a proposal that would compare to pinpoint toe surgery vs. other companies were offering total limb amputation. Not sure about everyone else, but I'm all about accuracy and doing only what's necessary. We had another plumbing issue that I needed him to check out on top of the busted pipe and his crew came ASAP to address the bubbling toilets. Like I said... Old ass pipes... Tom scoped the pipes with his camera to make sure the old obstruction causing the bubbling toilets was long gone. Communication with him was so easy - super quick responses to emails and when I got too busy with work, the flawless communication also happened when my hubby took over. We had some major plumbing issues and learned that our mainline was completely dissolved and needed a significant repair/replacement. This was a tough process since it was suggested to have to break through our newly renovated interior floor and that was terrifying! Essentially, Easy Flow assessed the situation and were able to break through the front yard vs inside. When i first bought my house the previous owner had a part of the sewer line leak and replaced just that portion of it. So i knew that the rest of the sewer line was just an accident waiting to happen. Cast iron pipes are expected to last between 50 - 100 years, with my home being 60 years old i knew i had to bite the bullet some time. I called Mark and he explained the process of lining the main line thru the clean outs. He also gave me an option for replacing the lines from the bathroom and kitchen which would involve digging up the floor in one of the bathrooms. I was a bit hesitant because it was a much bigger job, and would involve me having to redo my bathroom after. But I've been wanting to redo my bathroom and i know i'd never do it unless i was forced to. And what if i redid the bathroom later and then had to dig it up because the sewer line failed. So i went ahead with replacing everything. Their crew came over and started the next day, Mark contacted me each day to update me and inform me of any changes they needed to do like open up a wall to get access to certain pipes. When the job was done i noticed the toilet drain was too close to a wall, Mark sent his guys out the next day to dig it back up, move it and re-pour the concrete, no excuses or push back. That shows true professionalism. The price was cheaper than calling some other company who's adds you see on TV, because they just subcontract out Easy Flow. So you can cut out the middle man and just call Mark directly. At first i started second guessing my decision to have it all done, but in the end i feel much better knowing that all my pipes are new and dont have to worry about it failing. Mark is a true professional, he kept in constant contact, explained my options, corrected things without any hesitation, and i always had access to one of my bathrooms at all times. Just want to give a shout out to Easy Flow Plumbers. Many of us have older homes that have the original old sewer pipe. Getting my sewer line re-lined has been on my to do list for several years, I knew I wanted to get it done before I had serious problem, like a collapse. I finally found a company I felt confident about hiring to re-line about 75 feet of sewer pipe. Bill Clark with Easy Flow answered all my questions (I had done my research so had many to ask). Their quote was less than the others, but I felt the most confident with them after reading a lot of reviews and after our meeting. The project was completed this afternoon. We expected the project to be completed in one day, but they were not happy with the way some of my (non sewer line) pipes had a 90 degree angle setup, so they replaced the pipes with a 45 degree angle design. I am writing this review because they not only went above and beyond in repairing all the plumbing in the area around the sewer line, but were precise and amazing about putting my yard back the way it had been before the work was started. I have never had another company be concerned with such detail. When the job was completed, it was complete... clean and it looked like they had never been there. The city of San Diego decided to do some much needed sewer line updating to the houses in our San Carlos neighborhood. When I left for work everything was quiet. When I returned there was a large yellow landscaping cover in my yard covering a very large and deep hole!
