The techs Luis and Peter (I think those were their names!) were professional, friendly, and answered all my questions. I was recommended this coming by someone and inquired about a septic clean out of a 50 gallon tank. I was quoted at $450 which seemed high, but I don't know the going rates. The customer service asked when I needed the service and I said as soon as you are available. She told me we can send someone today and then there was a $300 emergency fee. I did not say I had an emergency I simply said as soon as you are available. So she said well let me see if I can wave the fee. Then came back on the phone and told me oh it looks like we won't be available until Monday now. Needless to say, I went with a different company who showed up 30 minutes after I called and did the job for 1/3 of the price. Moral of the story, call around.
