The website says they are open 24hrs, on thu night 21 of dec a cap accidententally got flushed in the toilet and was lodged in the plumbing, I called the landlord the next day fri the 22:he gave me the number for xterme drainage works they didn't answer wen I called all day in Friday just got a voicemail and never responded, now I figure bcz of the. Holiday they all went on early vacation but can you imagine fri-tues not being able to use the toilet? Not being able to take a #2? The only thing that saved me is that I was busy at work all week holiday 12hrs each day so I was able to do my #2s at work and I didn't eat anything after 6 pm so I wouldn't have the urge to #2 it was very inconvenient all week finally on Tuesday the 26 of dec I was able to call someone and wen I mentioned I called all day Friday the young lady I spoke with said that hey close on Fridays!! Sat and Sundays! Well anyhow I was able to get someone to come out and look at my toilet FINALLY!! The young man was Moe, he gave me a time of 1300hrs he was early he got here at 1230! So he was a very welcoming sight, he quickly got to work once I told him what happened and the job was more challenging that expected he had to remove the toilet and go in the plumbing he found the cap I dropped and another cap I had no idea where it came from that was causing the blockage he did finish quite fast and left the place clean, I was impressed and pleased by the service and profesionallism by Moe I just wished that the problem would of been solved a lot sooner I would of slept a lot better. I was working with a different plumbing company to fix our plumbing issues, but they were unreliable (I had to tell them it was an emergency before they came to my house) and did not show up at the promised time to fix the remainder of the issue. Desperate, I called Primo Plumbing for assistance, but they were fully booked so they recommended Xtreme Drainworks. From the time I called Xtreme Drainworks to book an appointment, to following up with the assigned timeline of arrival, to being punctual with their arrival at my house (I was away from home so everything was coordinated via phone) to figure out the real issue, to finishing up the work, I would say that the customer service and level of work were beyond amazing. I would use this company again. Mo clarified that I didn't understand the pricing given to me over the phone. He also asked me to sign a $255 invoice that he didn't show me. It was just showed 1 item: $255 to clean out the main line. Over the phone, I was told two prices, one for removing the toilet and one for snaking the shower drain. I was NOT going to have my toiled removed, so Mo suggested he go through the vent on the roof. Five minutes later, the drain was clear. Mo was very good at listening to what I wanted. He did snake the shower, then said he would have to go through the toilet line, which would mean removing the toilet. He finally suggested the vent. I think he was taught to listen to the client. He did that very well. That said, if he had suggested the vent right off, he would have been out of here in 15 minutes tops. Maybe he doesn't go to the vent on the roof because of liability. But he had a good ladder and his equipment didn't harm the roof. All said and done, Mo did a great job. read more

I called them at 8:30 AM and a technician was able to come out before 11 AM and resolve my problem. Brian and Marco came out to help with a root intrusion clogging my drain pipes. They were extremely professional, friendly and experienced. I thoroughly enjoyed Brian walking me through everything that was going on as we made progress clearing out the clog, which by the way took some craft and effort. I definitely learned things about plumbing from the guys (a lot of plumbers and contractors do not take the time sharing what they are doing and why). The proceeded systematically and we were able to go out all the way to the city drain lines, which gave me peace of mind knowing 100ft of drain pipes are in great shape. Also most importantly showing the original roots blocking my property pipes now all the way out of the way in city pipes. We went through other details such as minor roots that were intruding and were also cleared out, and a belly spot. I will need to do some repairs in the future, thanks to Brian and Marco who also provided a recommendation of a future repair that doesn't need immediate attention. Bottom line, price was right, excellent service, timely arrival, very knowledgeable. If I ever have a drain issue or any of my neighbors do, I will be referring them to Xtreme Drainworks. read more

Can't give enough praise to Jonathan who just left minutes ago after clearing the kitchen drain pipe... Before he gave the pipe a good rooting my sink was backing up when the upstairs neighbor used their disposal or did laundry... Not fun to see someone's chicken soup floating up into your sink... and the smell... not only that black water was coming up when i ran the disposal... Even saw little creepy worm like critters that had been washed up from the mass of junk... The smell was enough to gag a maggot... YUCK! But now after Jonathan left the kitchen smells clean and fresh from the cleaner he used... Wish i could find an aftershave that had that fresh scent... but i digress... Bottom line is from my 1 time experience with Xtreme, they are great. 5 yrs ago a couple of Bozo's from another company came to fix a similar problem and it took at least 2 hours or more... they even got the floor all wet and messy as they went upstairs to flush the drain and water shot out from MY pipe as they had opened it up earlier... When our toilet in our master bathroom backed up into the shower, we knew we needed a professional plumber to help with that. I quoted 3 different companies and Xtreme Drainworks came in the lowest and despite being a Monday morning were able to send someone out only an hour later. While the initial price was lower than the others, the girl who answered the phone did not explain their price was only if they needed to clean the mainline using the outside clear-out port and that it would be more if they needed to go up on the roof to go through the vent, which they did for an extra $70 for $194 total. Total cost was the same as the others were quoting if they had to go up on the roof, so I cannot complain, but I would have preferred they be more transparent on their pricing up front as the others were. Could have been even more if they had to remove the toilet, which the others said was unlikely but possible. As I said, they did come out quickly and the technician, Johnathan, they sent out was both friendly and straight-forward. He not only cleaned out the clog downstream of the toilet, but also snaked the vent downstream of the shower as it had clogged from the very disgusting backflow without asking for more money. With a slight verbal nudge, I was able to get him to clean up the bulk of the sewage and TP that remained in the shower, bag it up, and toss in the outside trash. I had to go in and scrub it out myself afterward but, while I have seen other reviews for other plumbers to suggest a more thorough cleaning was done by them, I would not really expect that. What he did was already disgusting enough. He told me he'd made sure he cleared the TP, which was the culprit, all the way back to the mainline and checked it with the camera. So, I like that he took the time to ensure he did a thorough job. If I had gotten a more informative quote over the phone, I would have rated them 5 stars. read more

I worked with Brian the owner. I had a clogged drain line. He is a very honest and personable. You can tell that he's in it for the long haul and cares about honest, quality work. The great thing about these guys is they aren't trying to sell you on repiping your house or telling you have garbage that's about to blow like the last guys did. They just want to inspect and clean your drains. They will send you a before and after video footage of your pipes. Of course if you have an issue that they see, they have connections to get you set up with a 3rd party pipe installer. This by far is the way to go. My drains are hydro jetted and good to go. My sink and washing machine were backing up, so, I called around for referrals, estimates, etc. One plumber couldn't do the job in short order but suggested Xtreme Drainworks as his go-to for any drain-related work. I noticed their reviews on Yelp and requested a quote. Within an hour they sent me a quote (very reasonable) and suggested they could be out the same day. I called and made an appointment between 2pm-4pm that day. They arrived by 2:30pm and called when they were 20 minutes out to let me know they were on their way. Once they arrived, the tech assessed the problem, snaked the kitchen line and was done in less than 30 minutes. He didn't try and upsell me (like so many plumbing places have done in the past) or add unnecessary work. Came in, did the job, answered my questions and left. Fixed the drain issue, but left some connections not tight enough, and today I had to redo some of the connections. My cabinet under the sink was flooded and damaged. The call was never passed to the technician. I had to call him to make sure my job was scheduled. After our kitchen sink and laundry drain started backing up we called Xtreme Drainworks on a Monday morning and although they were busy, they were able to come over to our house within about an hour of calling. Marco came and was able to locate the clean-out for where our issue lied and after a little bit of work to get our stubborn old clean-out pipe open he snaked the line and instantly cleared the blockage. After purchasing a small multi-unit building, I continued using Xtreme Drainworks from the previous owners. At over $300 a quarter, they were to pressure clean the main line. However, less than 4 weeks after the latest "pressure clean," the building's plumbing stopped up and another firm, using a camera, found loads of debris in the main line. It appears, tho I'm only surmising, that Xtreme only did a partial main-line pressure treatment, leaving the majority of the building's main drain unattended. When I reached out to management,the manager, Claudia, seemed unconcerned and unwilling to help share the cost of the $600+ it took me to fix what it appears their technician failed to do. I cancelled the service and advise, if you use Xtreme, be very specific about your job and your expectations. My bad...I just assumed, because they'd been doing the building for 5 years, that they were doing a thorough job. The evidence, tho admittedly inconclusive, would seem to indicate otherwise. And their non-nonchalance about my concerns was equally disappointing. read more
